Our sofa beds, like our stationary furniture, are built with meticulous attention to detail according to the same high standards as our finest custom stationary sofas. Our custom capabilities are virtually limitless from the cushion selection and mattress sizes to the endless detail and tailoring options. An intricate chain link, wire and spring support deck substitutes the commonly used polypropylene deck (blue or gray synthetic canvas). An all steel mechanism is the only way to ensure a sag-less frame guaranteed to provide a comfortable night's sleep. Our mechanism is equipped with a head-rest feature for added comfort, when reading or watching television. All of our styles feature our exclusive STEELWEAVE mechanism, comprised entirely of steel. 24 SECTIONALS STYLE 125 SECTIONALS At Avery Boardman, sectionals are simply part of our day to day business. No other company understands sectionals as well as we do. Sectionals can be made to your exact specifications and can contain sleeping mechanism, reclining modules and chaises in both standard and custom designs. To facilitate the delivery, all sectionals can be made so that the various components can be assembled on site. Any style in this catalog can be adapted and made into a sectional in any shape and size. Arms, base, cushion style and detail can be specified to harmoniously come together to create the most ideal seating configuration for your space and lifestyle. One of the most challenging aspects of today s furniture making is meeting the clients demand for comfort and individual lifestyle preferences without compromising the quality and the longevity of the cushion. In the past 50 years Avery Boardman has developed a vast array of filling materials ranging from hypo-allergenic polyurethane foam, to the highest proportions of down & feathers. In addition to the diagrams below, custom options are also available. 26 BENCH BEDS & LCD BEDS BENCH BED OPTIONS Measuring only 30" deep, bench beds are ideal when there is a need to accommodate the extra guest in extremely small quarters. In a perfect marriage of functionality and outstanding design, bench beds offer the same custom options as the rest of the Avery Boardman line. They can be incorporated into sectional configurations and are available with any arm, cushion and detail options. All components are available in right or left facing, with or without backs. In the absence of a stationary back, back cushions can rest against a wall. Bench beds are available with a 32", 53" or 60" mattress. Mattresses are 75" long and made of 3" high density foam.
