2 THE RIGHT MATTRESS FOR YOU Your weight & height Look for the square that corresponds to your weight and height. Follow the arrows to find the firmness and mattresses you can start to try out. If you share a mattress with a partner, use the weight of whichever one of you is lighter. Too warm or too cold?
