1 ROASTED TURKEY BREAST Note: This item fully cooked. Reheating times are approximate and may vary depending on your oven. 1. Preheat the oven to 375 F. 2. Discard pouch and arrange turkey in a baking dish. 3. Lightly brush turkey with oil of your choice or rub with softened butter. Sprinkle evenly with contents of seasoning packet. 4. Heat 30 minutes, or until heated through and skin is golden brown. 5. 4 FIELD ROAST WILD RICE CRANBERRY FIG ROAST Ready to heat and serve. To serve, simply thaw for 4 hours. Pre-heat oven to 375 F, unwrap Field Roast and place on baking sheet, and place in oven. Bake for one hour and 10 minutes until internal temp is 160 F and pastry dough is golden brown. Let cool for 15 minutes and cut into 1 inch slices and serve.
5 GARDEIN HOLIDAY ROAST WITH CRANBERRY KALE STUFFING Ready to heat and serve. Pre-heat oven to 325 F. Unwrap holiday roast and place on a sheet pan, cover with foil and bake 20 to 25 minutes. Remove the foil and then brown the crust for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
6 DIESTEL FARMS COOKED TURKEYS Preheat oven to 325ºF. Leave nylon truss on legs as truss is oven safe and can withstand oven temperatures of up to 450 degrees. Place turkey in roasting pan and heat based on recommended heating times for size of turkey. Heating Times (approximate) 6-10 lbs 1 hour lbs 1 to 1 ¼ hours lbs 1 ¼-to 1 ½ hours lbs 1 ½ - 1 ¾ hours lbs 1 ¾- 2 hours Note: While Diestel Farms Turkeys are fully cooked, we recommend heating to taste. When using a thermometer heat to a USDA suggested internal temperature of 165ºF. Let stand for 15 minutes before carving. #PROTIP: Prevent your turkey from drying out, add your favorite broth to the bottom of your roasting pan when reheating your turkey breast.
7 SPIRAL CUT HAM Preheat oven to 325 F, place ham in roasting pan and cover. Cook until the internal temperature is 160 F, 12 to 15 minutes per pound. Remove foil 15 minutes prior to finishing and cover with glaze. Cook 10 to 15 minutes longer.
8 POACHED SALMON Ready to heat and serve. Preheat oven to 350 F. Place salmon on a sheet pan and reheat until warmed thorugh, 8 to 10 minutes.

Heat on high 7-9 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165 F has been reached, stirring product halfway through cooking. STOVE TOP: Empty contents into a medium sauce pan. Heat over medium low for minutes, stirring occasionally until, hot and an internal temperature of 165 F has been reached.

18 STUFFING MIX WITH BREAD CUBES Ready to heat and serve. Preheat oven to 325 F. In a separate bowl combine bag of bread cubes and bag of stuffing mix and toss until bread cubes are evenly coated. Add stuffing mix to metal tray provided. Place the tray uncovered on baking sheet. Bake approximately 45 minutes. Let stuffing rest for 5 minutes. Transfer to warm serving dish. Microwaving is not recommended.

Let wontons cool slightly, and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.

30 BRIE & CRANBERRY TARTS Microwave cooking not recommended. OVEN: Preheat oven to 350 F. Place tarts, in the tart pan provided, on a baking sheet. Heat for minutes or until the Tarts have reached an internal temperature of 165 F. Let product stand for 3 minutes before removing from tray.
31 HAM, LEEK AND GRUYERE TARTS Microwave cooking not recommended. OVEN: Preheat oven to 350 F. Place tarts, in the tart pan provided, on a baking sheet. Heat for minutes or until the Tarts have reached an internal temperature of 165 F. Let product stand for 3 minutes before removing from tray.
32 BUTTERNUT SQUASH ARANCINI Microwave cooking not recommended. OVEN: Preheat oven to 350 F. Place Arancini on a baking sheet that is either lined with parchment or has been greased. Heat for minutes or until the Arancini have reached an internal temperature of 165 F.
