1 SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE St. Jean Baptiste High School offers academic scholarships to talented and gifted student applicants who take the TACHS Exam and select St. Jean s as their 1 st or 2 nd choice.. Finalists will be invited to St. Jean s for an interview which is an important part of the scholarship process. Eligibility Requirements Each young woman must meet the following criteria in order to be considered for a scholarship to St. Jean Baptiste High School: be in the top 10% of her eighth grade class complete the application form return recommendation form completed by a school administrator or 8 th grade teacher (it may be mailed/ ed/faxed separately) submit a clear copy of her final 7 th grade report card submit a clear copy of her first quarter 8 th grade report card CHECK LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: SJB Scholarship Application completed by the student and her parent/guardian and mailed by December 17 th a clear copy of final 7 th grade report card a clear copy of first quarter 8 th grade report card request that a school administrator or teacher complete and submit the recommendation form which should be MAILED/ ED/FAXED SEPARATELY Mail completed application and documents by December 17th, 2015 to: Ms. Flora Lugo-Director of Admissions St. Jean Baptiste High School 173 East 75th Street New York, NY For additional information call (212) , ext. 134 or visit our website:
