Bonfiglioli Riduttori S.p.A: Leading Italian manufacturer of gearboxes and electric motors. CIFA S.p.A: Leading Italian manufacturer and supplier of construction equipment & machinery with a focus on the concrete business. Oli S.p.A: Leading Italian manufacturer of electric vibrators used in various industries. KYUNGWON Special Equipment Co. Ltd. (KW): South Korean manufacturer of concrete pumps, with parts imported from Germany and Italy, and assembled in South-Korea. Ecologia Soluzione Ambiente S.p.A: Italian environmental company specialized in remediation of contaminated sites, wastewater treatment, and underground waste collection systems among others. TUNÇEL Makina: Turkish batching plant manufacturer providing batching plants customized upon customer request. 3

6 Construction Sector I- Concrete Batching Plants PSC Group s.a.l offers a complete range of equipment for concrete production plants, namely: Ready mix concrete Block, Interlock and curbstones Precast Our product range includes mobile concrete batching plants as well as stationary concrete batching plants (Dry and/or Wet) with a capacity ranging from 35m 3 /hour up to 200m 3 /hour. 5

7 Construction Sector II- Concrete Pumps, Truck Mixers, Stationary Pumps & Placing Boom Besides our partnership agreements with leading Italian and Korean concrete pumps and truck mixers suppliers (CIFA and KW), we are capable of supplying a wide range of the most popular European made concrete pumps, truck mixers and placing boom brands including Putzmeister, Schwing, Sermac, Dreuta, Coime and Reich. Concrete pumps with booms length ranging from 24 meters up to 62 meters Truck mixer pumps with volume capacity ranging from 7m 3 to 8m 3 and with booms length ranging from 24 meters up to 32 meters Truck mixers with drum capacity ranging from 7m 3 up to 12m 3 Stationary pumpsused in high rise and long distance concrete conveying Placing boom, a practical and economical solution for the distribution of pumped concrete, making it possible to cast easily in those points that cannot be directly reached with the boom of the concrete pump 6
