2 Management Management in all business and human organization activity is the act of getting people together to accomplish desired goals and objectives. Management comprises planning, organizing, staffing, leading or directing, and controlling an organization effort for the purpose of accomplishing a goal.

The term is generally used for human motivation. Motivation is the most important factor to affecting modern management because the modern management theory is completely based on Human oriented.
