1 Technology Enhanced Classrooms Wilkes currently has 29 Technology Enhanced Classrooms (TEC) on campus. The University is in the process of upgrading the technology in these rooms and thus there are currently three levels of TEC configurations. The configurations of the TECs listed below remain unchanged from Spring 07 with the exception of additional and upgraded software. Each of these rooms has an Apple Mac Mini computer, ceiling mounted projector, document camera, and VCR/DVD. The instructor table has been replaced with a podium and the projectors have been upgraded to newer technology with higher resolution. 3 Breiseth 105 Breiseth 105 contains an easy to use pop-up multimedia control system that will turn on the ceiling mounted projector, lower the screen, and provide control of the DVD/VCR, document camera and adjust volume using a touch control panel. The instructor table has been replaced with a podium. This room also contains a Smart Interactive White Board. This touch-sensitive display allows you to control the computer applications directly from the display, write notes in digital ink and save your work to share later. This computer classroom contains 32 student stations consisting of Apple Mac Mini computers with 17 monitors.
