Has all the necesary data capture instruments, (video, signals, images and text). The Md captures all the pertinent data from a patient The Md.captures all the pertinent data from a patient depending on the case and send them via to a spetialist. The spetialist reviews the data and sends the dignostic and the treatment back to the Md. For privacy purposes the data will be encripted. Tele-doctor s office Videoconference Establish a telemedicine room in hospitals with all the proper equipment. The doctor captures the data from the patient (video, signals, imáges and text) and consultswith other spetialists trough video conference.

33 Conclusions We developed a very advanced and functional, low cost telemedicine workstation using standard equipment from different vendors, and some programming. User center design methodology, as well as usability evaluation make the GUI as intuitive as possible and it was indeed very easy to learn to use for regular computer users.
