2 Typically we can find Label attaching in the SMT world to be intensive manual labor and not convenient. This fully automated Label Master 1100P system will eliminate the error caused by human, increase productivity, and most of all increase your traceability. PCB will enter using SMEMA communicates and to stabilize the PCB during label placement, we have installed front stopper and Side gauging device in the conveyor. Label Master 1100P can dispense printed labels through the Label Printer or pre-printed label on a roll. Labels will be placed on to the PCB using a Robot placement positing system, with X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis, and Θ-axis. Labels can be Verified (Option), and can be implemented into you production management system (Option). Also, entering PCB can be Orientated as well (Option).

Ergonomics design for operator s convenience : Load the Label Printer & Label separator in front of unit so that Label Roll replacement is easy.. Available the selection and installation for only Label Printer or Label separator. Option. Load the two Label Printer or two Label separator or one Label printer with one separator for separated operation. Label verification : 1D or 2D Scanner. Vision Camera : Fiducial-based board orientation / Label centering. Data communication : Available the TCP/IP communication (Option)
