Engineered around the latest 3G-SDI high resolution image performance, the PESA VidBlox series offers perfect pixel-for-pixel transmission of DVI computer video images up to 1920X1200, including 1080p/60. The Vidblox includes EDID emulation coding, internal test patterns, and an input monitoring port. As one of the most compact packages available, the VidBlox can be mounted just about anywhere or can be securely mounted with our under-the-table mounting bracket or our exclusive 2RU extender frame holding up to four modules. The VidBlox SL-3G is perfect for a wide range of applications requiring long distance transmission of high resolution video over fiber or coax cable. With the ability to output a SMPTE compliant format, the SL-3G can be integrated into any broadcast facility routing system allowing simple integration of DVI or VGA signals alongside traditional 3G-SDI. The SL-3G module, when used in conjunction with the 3G-SL receiver modules, can be setup as an additional transport layer to any 3G-SDI routing system. Offering both coax and fiber inputs in the same SL-3G module opens up a wide range of capabilities for mission critical redundancy or system backup requirements. With the optional fiber ports activated, systems can be setup for long haul video transports well over 10km; and with the parallel coax outputs, local displays can be supported at distances as far as 80m away. Because transmission over fiber is inherently secure and immune to outside interference, fiber applications are favored in government, military, and medical environments. The SL-3G supports both singlemode and multimode fiber cabling with an optional duplex SFP pluggable fiber module. Each port supports output data rates up to 1080p/60. Additionally, each SL-3G comes with two BNC ports allowing two additional HD/3G output ports. With a total of four output ports, the SL-3G can be configured to support up to four displays per input. The SL-3G accepts unbalanced stereo audio and embeds the signal for transport over the SMPTE output transport stream. Also included on the output transport video is resolution-format data which when connected to a 3G-SL Receiver unit can properly communicate specific resolutions and format data of the received signal. COAX ONLY 1 1 FEATURES Vidblox NE-3G supports both multimode fiber and single mode fiber. With multimode, distances up to 600m can be achieved using 50/125 cable. Singlemode can support long-range transmission up to 10km making Vidblox perfect for facilities such as campus environments, stadiums, or multi-floor buildings. The Vidblox NE-3G transmitter embeds unbalanced stereo audio and transmits it along with the DVI or VGA signal over a SMPTE compliant 3G-SDI transport. 10 Model: 3G-NE (Receiver Module) Converter/Scaler/Extender HD/3G-SDI to Single Link DVI, VGA, or RGBHV PESA s Vidblox 3G-NE coax and fiber optic extender is a receiver module that accepts a 3G-SDI data stream over a signal cable and converts it to a DVI or component video output signal - including stereo audio. Using the latest in high end video technology, you can be assured of excellent high resolution computer images. Resolutions up to 1920X1200, including 1080p/60, can be accepted from the input source. COAX and FIBER VIDEO The PESA Vidblox 3G-NE is part of a wide range of extenders and conversion gear designed specifically for high resolution content and ultra-high quality computer imagery. In addition to being compact and simple to mount, these units are perfect for secure applications such as government, military and medical environments where immunity to signal interference is critical. Vidblox 3G-NE supports both multimode fiber and single mode fiber. With multimode, distances up to 600m can be achieved using 50/125 cable. Singlemode can support long-range transmission up to 10km making Vidblox perfect for facilities such as campus environments, stadiums, or multi-floor buildings. The 3G-NE de-embeds auxiliary audio to an unbalanced stereo audio output. Also included on the input transport video from a NE-3G transmitter is resolution-format data allowing each unit to properly communicate specific resolutions and format data received. Each 3G-NE can be controlled and configured using a local USB port. A wide range of adjustments and calibration features are available through Cattrax Cub allowing output scaling, test pattern setup, audio muting, and a large array of signal measurements for fiber and coax inputs. 13 Power Distribution Rack Mount Kits PESA s Power Distribution Rack kits offer a more streamlined and power efficient method of managing multiple modules in a rack mounted environment. These power distribution rack mount systems are optimized for PESA s Vidblox and Quadbox series of extender modules. Sharing a common power supply source, up to four Quadbox series or two VidBlox series units can be installed in the 1RU frame. Power Efficiency - Units include an AC Adapter module for V, 47-63Hz, 1.2A power input providing 12V,7A output. Easy deployment options include connectivity methods for a single power source or a redundant power source.
