1 Welcome to Kashing Limited Document requirements Thank you for registering with Kashing Limited. In this overview you will find the documents we may require or requested from you in order to finish your application process. We would appreciate it if you could scan or photograph each of the requested documents and send them to Documents required for a Business Application 2-3 Frequently Asked Questions 5

2 Business and Individual Application Documents required Kashing is obliged to verify your identity, It's just one of many security measures in place to ensure the only person who can access your money, is you. If our electronic identity check proves unsuccessful, we will request certain documents that enable us to verify your identity manually. 1. Identification Proof of Identity of directors/shareholders/partners An unedited copy of a valid Proof of Identity (must be before 6 months of expiry date from date of sending). Proof of identification is required of all directors/ shareholders (that owns more than 25 %) of the company. We accept the following documents as Proof of Identification: Current passport or Current Photocard Driving licence (Front & back of the photocard) Note: We do NOT accept the paper format as a form of identification For partnerships The Partnership Agreement (if applicable) Include the Partnership Agreement that mentions the name and nature of your business and must be signed by all partners. It should explain the business structure in regards to control, responsibility and/or equity. If you have no formal agreement in place, please note that the agreement can be handwritten on A4 paper. 3 2. Verification of your Bank Details Follow the following steps to verify you Bank details: 1. After you have entered your bank details, Kashing will transfer a small amount (between ) with a unique code as a reference into your bank account. It can take up to 2 to 3 days for the amount to appear in your bank account. 2. Please log into your Kashing account on our website after receiving the amount. Version 1 Page 3

5 Frequently Asked Questions How do I send my documents? You can send your documents via to wecare@kashing.co.uk. You can scan your documents or take a picture with a smartphone, tablet or camera. Why does Kashing Limited need to verify my identity? Before requesting any identification documents we will first attempt to verify your identity electronically. Only if the electronic identity check comes up unsuccessful, we will request certain documents that enable us to verify your identity manually. Kashing is a payment institution, authorized and regulated by the FCA. This means that we are obliged to comply with several guidelines and regulations such as The Money Laundering Regulations 2007 Act. Adhering to these guidelines and regulations enables us to guarantee the safety of your payments. We are legally obliged to verify your identity and the existence of your business, and to keep the documents you send us for up to five years after the business relationship has ceased. Are my personal details treated confidentially? Kashing Limited only requests the documentation needed in order to comply with the above mentioned regulations. We will not pass on any details to third parties without your approval. Kashing ensures to treat your details in a manner compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998, the Privacy and Electronic Regulations 2013 and all other relevant privacy legislation.
