2 Login After successful setup of Privilege software an icon appears on client s desktop as shown below DietOdin lnk Clicking on this icon results in page as shown below. To login, click on Green Icon or press Ctrl+L. Green Icon A login window appears as shown below. Mention your Trading ID, as per welcome letter received, in User Code field. Mention password, as mentioned in pin mailer, in Password field and click on OK.

3 Your Password has expired message appears as shown below. Click on Ok to change the password.

4 Mention expired password in Password field & new password (alphanumeric), as per your choice, in New Password field and then press Enter or Ok. A Confirm Password window appears as shown below. Put new password again & confirm to login. A page appears as shown below.

5 Market Watch To create a market watch, click on Market option on menu panel and click on Market Watch among available sub-options or press F4 to view the same. A blank Market Watch window appears as shown below. A scrip selection panel also appears over market watch panel.

6 Scrip Selection Panel Blank Market Watch Select Exchange, Instrument Type, mention Scrip symbol, and press enter to add it on market watch as shown below. After adding scrips of your choice, market watch appears as shown below.

7 Right click on market watch and click on Save Portfolio option among available options as shown in below image. A Save Portfolio window appears where client can save portfolio name.

8 After saving the portfolio, as mentioned above, you can select desired portfolio by clicking on Scrip Portfolio (if the same is not default portfolio) after right click on market watch as shown in below image.

9 You can re-arrange columns on market watch. Select Tools option and click on Column Profile among available sub-options (refer to above image). A Column Selection window appears as shown below. Market watch columns may be added or deleted with the help of this option.

10 For security purpose you can also lock your work station by clicking Lock Workstation sub-option under Tools option. Lock Option below market watch window You need to put trading password in field, shown above, to unlock it.

11 Fund Hold You can hold fund from mapped PNB account through Fund Hold option. Go to Links option on menu panel and click on Transfer Funds option as shown in below image. A Transfer Fund To Broker Account opens up with your mapped PNB account details as shown in below image. Select Exchange and mention Amount to be transferred for trading.

12 You are directed to internet banking website of PNB after clicking on Submit option. Client is required to use his/her Internet banking ID & Password, provided by PNB, to login as shown in below image.

13 Your Internet Banking ID & Transaction password is required for blocking/hold of funds as shown in above image. Amount blocked successfully message appears as shown in below image after successful validation.

14 Reference Number Wait for the reference number as shown in above image for making fund transfer successful. Note: - You should wait for Bank Reference Number as shown in above image. In case of failure of the same, fund would not be updated automatically. On few occasions, reference number would not be generated if there is any problem in network connectivity. In such cases, you are advised to get in touch with our helpdesk.

15 Fund Release You can put request for fund release with the help of Fund Release option. Go to Link option and then click on Transfer Funds sub-option as shown in below image. A Transfer Fund To Broker Account opens up, as shown below, with mapped account number of PNB. Select Release option. Select product, mention amount to be released and click on Submit option.

16 Release Option You are directed to internet banking website of PNB after clicking on Submit option. Client is required to use his/her Internet banking ID & Password, provided by PNB, to login as shown in below image.

17 Use your Internet Banking ID & Transaction password for Unblock/Release of funds as shown in above image. Amount unblocked successfully message appears as shown in below image after successful validation.

18 Reference Number Wait for the reference number as shown in above image for making fund transfer successful.

19 Stock View/DP Stock Sell You can view your stocks & can also sell stocks with the help of Stock View option. Select Stocks on menu panel and click on Stock Watch to view it. Stock Watch Window

20 Right click on Scrip, in stock window, and select option to sell it from DP itself. A sell window appears at bottom with selected scrip.

21 DP Hold You can Hold shares with the help of DP Hold option. Go to Links option on menu panel and click on DP Holding among available sub-options as shown below. A DP Gateway Holding View page opens up as shown below. Click on View Holdings option. A confirmation window appears. Click on ok to proceed further.

22 A Holding page appears with holding details as shown below. To hold shares, click on the respective box under the heading Hold and mention quantity to be hold. Now, click on Hold Request and click on ok on confirmation window. You are directed to PNB DP Gateway. Hold Request Option Hold Option

23 Use your DP User ID & Password, provided by PNB, to login in your account (refer to above image). After successful login, share to be hold appears as shown below. Click on Proceed To Hold option to hold share. Share to be blocked

24 Blocked Shares After successful Hold Request you are re-directed to Holding View page where blocked shares are shown. Refer to above image for your reference.

25 DP Release You can release shares blocked with the help of DP Release option. Go to Links option on menu panel and click on DP Holding among available suboptions as shown below. A DP Gateway Holding View page opens up as shown below. Click on View Holdings option. A confirmation window appears. Click on ok to proceed further.

26 A Holding page appears with holding details as shown below. To release/unblock shares, click on the respective box under the heading Release and mention quantity to be released. Now, click on Release Request and click on ok on confirmation window. You are directed to PNB DP Gateway. Release Request Confirmation window

27 Use your DP User ID & Password, provided by PNB, to login in your account (refer to above image). After successful login, share to be released/unblock appears as shown below. Click on Proceed To Release option to release share. Share to be released

28 Released Share After successful Release Request client is re-directed to Holding View page where released shares are shown. Refer to above image for your reference.

29 Buy Order You can place buy order for different segments subject to availability of funds. Select scrip on market watch for which you want to place Buy Order.

30 Go to Orders option on menu panel (refer to image above) and click on Place Buy Orders or press F1 on keyboard. A buy window appears with selected scrip detail as shown below. Mention quantity, price, product type (Margin/Delivery), trigger price (if any) and click on Submit option.

31 A confirmation window appears as shown above. Click on Yes to finally validate the order. You can check the order placed in Order Book window.

32 Sell Order You can place sell order for different segments subject to availability of funds/securities. Select scrip on market watch for which client wants to place Sell Order.

33 Go to Orders option on menu panel (refer to image above) and click on Place Sell Orders or press F2 on keyboard. A sell window appears with selected scrip detail as shown below. Mention quantity, price, product type (Margin/Delivery), trigger price (if any) and click on Submit option.

34 A confirmation window appears as shown above. Click on Yes to finally validate the order. You can check the order placed in Order Book window.

35 Order Book A client can check his order status with the help of Order Book. It shows status of all the orders whether it is pending, executed or cancelled. Go to Orders option on menu panel and click on Orders Book option among available suboptions or press F3 as shown in below image. An Order Book window appears as shown below.

37 Trade Book You can view all executed trades with the help of this window. Go to View option and select Trades among available sub-options or press F8. Executed trade in Trade Book window

38 Modify Order You can modify his/her pending order with the help of Modify Order option. Go to Orders option on menu panel and click on Orders Book among available sub-options. An Order Book window opens up as shown below.

39 Select pending order and right click on it. Click on Modify option among available sub-options (Refer to above image). A buy/sell order window appears as per order placed as shown in below image. Mention quantity, price and click on submit. Proceed after clicking on confirmation window.

40 Price Modified Price is modified, as shown in above image, after making final confirmation.

41 Cancel Order You can cancel your pending order with the help of Cancel Order option. Go to Orders option on menu panel and click on Orders Book among available sub-options. An Order Book window opens up as shown in below image.

42 Right click on pending order (refer to above image) and click on Cancel among available sub-options. Proceed after validating on confirmation window and order status changes from Pending to Cancelled as shown in below image. Order Cancelled

43 Square Off You can square-off your position with the help of Square-off option. Go to View option and click on Net Position among available sub-options or press Alt+F6 to view it. A Net Position window appears as shown below.

44 Right click on position & click on Square-Off option among available suboptions. A buy/sell order window opens up as shown in below image. Fill up the required options (keep price 0 to square off it at current market price).

45 A confirmation window appears. Click Yes on it to finally validate the order. After successful square-off, net position becomes zero (0) as shown in below image. Net Position has become zero

46 Net Position It shows position across all market types at a given point of time with the help of Net Position option. Select Net Position as shown below or press Alt+F6. Net Position Window

47 Margin To Delivery You can change your position from Margin to Delivery with the help of this option. Go to View option and click on Net Position among available sub-options as shown in below image or press Alt+F6 to view the same. A Net Position window appears as shown below.

48 Select position to be converted & right click on it (refer to above image). Click on Convert option among available sub-options. A Conversion window appears as shown below. In case of large quantity, convert position in smaller quantities. Conversion Window

49 Position disappears after clicking on Convert and a Position Converted Successfully message appears as shown above. Select Delivery option in Product Type, as shown below, and press Enter to view converted position.

50 Now, position has been converted successfully as shown in above image.

51 Delivery To Margin You can change his position from Delivery to Margin with the help of this option. Go to View option and click on Net Position among available sub-options as shown in below image or press Alt+F6 to view the same. A Net Position window appears as shown below.

52 Select position to be converted & right click on it (refer to above image). Click on Convert option among available sub-options. A Conversion window appears as shown below. In case of large quantity, convert position in smaller quantities. Conversion Window

53 Position disappears after clicking on Convert and a Position Converted Successfully message appears as shown above. Select Margin option in Product Type, as shown below, and press Enter to view converted position.

54 Now, position has been converted successfully as shown in above image.

55 Logout To logout from the Privilege application, click on red icon, as shown in below image, or press Ctrl+O. Red Icon Success message after logout
