1 Slimline Flat Deck Roof Rack Systems Lower Lighter Smarter Stronger The Slimline Roof Rack is a great concept, modular, flat deck construction. The rack is designed and built for off-road conditions. This unique design also means some 50 size racks can be accommodated with flexibility in possibly altering the rack to accommodate alternative vehicles and for ease of replacement of damaged parts. The Slimline Roof Rack lower profile reduces wind drag for greater fuel efficiency and allows easier access to garages and car-parks, however, if handrails are desired these can be applied by simply using the bolt on Expedition Top Rails. The Slimline Roof Rack lighter construction utilises heavy duty aluminium extrusions that provide many benefits over conventional roof racks. Exclusive front and side rail extrusions allow ease of fitting of bolt on accessories and the aluminium cross bar slats that form the floor have a channel on the top and lower faces that allows almost unlimited mounting options for other accessories and loads. Equipment and loads can additionally be safely secured using Eye Bolts and Bookend accessories. Extra height legs or feet are available in most applications to create more room under the rack for accessories such as the Frontrunner Stainless Steel Camping Tables or alternatively sourced Solar Panels.
