10 SPA GENERAL INFORMATION Essential reading to get the most out of your spa day Spa Opening Times Spa treatments Spa facilities Fitness : Mondays to Sundays, 9 AM 10 PM (last reservation for 1-hour treatment is at 9 PM). : Mondays to Sundays, 6 AM 10 PM. : 24 hour accessible for in-house hotel guests. Mondays to Sundays, 6 AM 12 AM for Spa members. Scheduling an Appointment To schedule an appointment for your treatment, please contact the Spa Reception who will guide you to the perfect choice. To ensure that your preferred time and service is available, we recommend booking in advance. All Spa treatments and packages will need to be confirmed with a credit card. Arrival Time We recommend that you arrive at The Spa reception at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, if you wish to use the Spa facilities. If you will be going straight into treatments, we request you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation so you can change into your robe and slippers. Please understand that a late arrival may mean that the scheduled time is reduced or unable to be honored. The cancellation policy will still apply.

11 Spa Attire Swimwear is obligatory within the Spa facilities wet area. Upon arrival we will provide you with a luxury robe, towel and slippers. You will enjoy the use of our lockers within the changing facilities. For your own and others convenience, we request that you are warm and dry prior to using our spa relaxation lounge. What to Bring With you We recommend that you bring warm comfortable clothing to change into after your workout, class, spa experience or use of the spa facilities. We have hair dryers and amenities provided for your comfort at the vanity area. Spa Facilities Available to you as either part of your spa package or when you enjoy treatments of 60 minutes or over. We recommend you enjoy these beautiful facilities prior to your spa experience. Please ensure you give yourself enough time prior to your treatment reservation to experience our facilities and have a quick shower before your Spa appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. Our heat and water facilities include sauna, steam, Jacuzzi, Turkish hammam, cold plunge pool, and indoor swimming pool. Spa Cuisine We offer beautifully prepared light snacks and indulgent treats in four different types of bento boxes for you to indulge during your visit to our Spa. The Spa Cuisine can be enjoyed at our in-door pool area and it is for the exclusive use of our Spa guests and members. Our Spa relaxation areas is a non-food environment with the exception of provided nibbles and beverages, we appreciate your full co-operation and ask you not to bring your own refreshments into the spa.

12 Spa Etiquette To preserve the tranquillity of The Spa, we request that all guests switch off their mobile phones and leave them within their locker. We request that guests keep noise to a minimum. Please be advised that all valuables are left at their owners risk and The Spa will not be held responsible for any loses or damages. Treatment Time Your treatment time as advertised in The Spa brochure is your actual hands on therapy time and additionally includes before and after care as a complimentary service. Prices All prices are quoted in USD. Subject to change prior notice Prices are subject to 12% service charge & applicable taxes. Gratuities are not included and are welcomed at your own discretion. Children s Policy In an attempt to provide reasonable care for all our guests, the following age restrictions should be observed in the specified areas: Swimming pool and whirlpool: Children under 12 years of age must not use the pool or whirlpool, unless supervised by an adult. We recognize that in some of our properties, it is impossible to supervise unaccompanied children. Parents and guardians allowing children to use the pool or whirlpool facilities, do so at their own risk. Sauna and steam room: Minimum 14 years of age, unless accompanied by an adult. Special Note: Children of three years and under shall not be permitted access to the Jacuzzi, sauna or steam room under any circumstances. Health Club/Fitness Center: Minimum 12 years of age.

13 Massage & Facial Treatments: Minimum 12 years age; between 12 and 17 years of age we encourage guests to accompany their teenage children when receiving a Spa treatment, but they can opt to sign a waiver instead. We ask that the parent stops by the Spa personally, signs it in front of one of our employees (witness), and confirms at that time the appointment/treatment type for the teen (in case it was made via phone beforehand). The parent does not have to be physically in The Spa during the treatment. We will not perform treatments to minors under 12 years of age. A female therapist should be assigned to perform body treatments for Spa users between the ages of 12 and 17, unless a male therapist is specifically requested by the parent. If a male therapist is requested by the parent, this needs to be clearly indicated in the Waiver of Liability. Cancellation Policy If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior your appointment time to avoid any charges. Cancellation within 24 hours prior your appointment time will be charged 50% of your total treatment price and no show will be 100%. Medical Conditions Some of the treatments that are offered are not suitable for guests with certain medical ailments and conditions. We request that you draw our attention to any of the following conditions at the time of booking: epilepsy, allergies, heart condition, high/low blood pressure, scar tissue, varicose veins, skin conditions, diabetes, cancer, thyroid, pregnancy, recent operations. We have specially designed treatments for expectant women or nursing mothers. Please allow our Spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable during this special time.
