2 ABOUT CROSSTOWN Who are we? Crosstown specialise in fresh handmade doughnuts, made for the British palette. We source local ingredients, and combine them with select produce from abroad to create unique, tasty premium doughnuts. Our doughnuts are made fresh daily at our bakery in Clapham, South London. Be sure to check out our website for locations and stockists: Our Product Crosstown are scratch bakers. We specialise in a unique hybrid sourdough that is light & airy with a slight crumb & chew - This also means our dough has less fat absorption compared to other doughnuts. All jams, compotes, fillings, glazes and toppings are made in house and all doughnuts are made fresh every day. Allergen Info FRESH DAILY HANDMADE LONDON-BASED We use wheat (gluten), egg and milk (lactose) in our dough. We use nuts in some of our flavours, and cannot guarantee its absence in any of our products as it is produced in the same bakery. There are also traces of soya. For details, see 2

4 OUR FLAVOURS Full Size: Premium Sea Salt Caramel & Banana A sweet but silky banana cream filling is encased in Crosstown s light and fluffy chocolate sour dough. We then top it all off with a generous swirl of sea salt caramel and a divine chocolate soil. Peanut Butter Berry An unfilled square shaped doughnut in our unique sourdough. Topped with a thick indulgent peanut butter glaze and our homemade, tangy blackcurrant compote and a sprinkling of toasted peanuts.. Suitable for vegetarians. Contains: nuts, gluten, lactose, egg yolk, soya. Crème Brûlée Rich, vanilla custard wrapped up in sour dough. Finished with a decadent crisp, golden, caramelised caster sugar, courtesy of our chef s trusty blowtorch. Full Size: Classic Vanilla Glaze Ring Melt in your mouth Crosstown sourdough in the traditional ring shape, is hand-dipped in a light and creamy Tongan vanilla bean glaze and decorated with a chocolate cross. Choc Truffle Ring Filled with decadent milk chocolate truffle mousse throughout, and topped with a generous smothering of dark chocolate ganache and lightly dusted with bittersweet cocoa powder. Raspberry Jam Fresh raspberry home style jam from scratch. While still warm, they are rolled in caster sugar and dipped in sweet, freeze-dried raspberries to seal in the jammy goodness. 4

5 OUR FLAVOURS Dough Bites Seven Berry Vanilla Custard Rich, vanilla custard wrapped up in sour dough. Topped with a tangy seven berry glaze and freeze dried raspberries. Apple Pie Traditional home style apple pie filling, topped with mouth watering Tongan vanilla bean glaze and finished with home made vanilla crumble. Vanilla Glaze Raspberry Jam Fresh raspberry home style jam from scratch in our signature sourdough topped with moreish Tongan vanilla bean glaze and a sprinkling of freeze dried raspberries. Chocolate Truffle A decadent milk chocolate truffle mousse filling, topped with a generous smothering of dark chocolate ganache and lightly dusted with bittersweet cocoa powder. 8 OPTIONS & ADD ON S Customisation CUSTOM TOPPERS Best for: Large orders 50+. Available on: Classic vanilla glaze raspberry jam dough bites. Toppers are available on our dough bites and are a great way to add a personal touch to your order. The toppers are thin white icing sheets printed with edible ink and are placed on top of the dough bites. You may send us an image* of what you d like printed or we can create a text based design. Toppers are 50p each + 15 set-up fee. CUSTOM PIPING Best for: Small orders up to 50. Available on: Classic vanilla glazed ring full size doughnuts. Piping may be available depending on the date of your delivery and the amount of characters you wish to have piped. This is available only on the regular sized classic vanilla glaze rings. POA. Add On s TRAY HIRE Our Crosstown branded wooden trays are a great way to display the doughnuts at your event and are available in 2 sizes. Hire fee is 15/Tray refundable deposit per tray and includes greaseproof liners as well as a metal insert for optimum display. For more info see the FAQ section. DELIVERY Delivery within central London comes standard with larger orders. For smaller orders we charge a fee of 5 and you can view our central London delivery zones here: If your event is outside central London we may still be able to deliver to you, please get in touch and we ll do our best to help! * Images must be provided by the customer and should be a logo, icon or photo. Images will be printed on circlular toppers, should be high resolution and have a white background. All imagery must be approved by Crosstown prior to confirming the order. 8

9 FAQ s How do I order? The best way to order is by contacting us via - events@crosstowndoughnuts.com, we usually respond within 24-48hrs. If you d like to chat to one of our office staff, please feel free to call us on Our office hours are 10am-6pm, Mon-Fri. When should I order? Orders usually need to be confirmed and paid for at least 14 days prior to the event, however we may be able to accommodate orders after this depending on our current commitments and staff availability. Please note that orders for Sat, Sun & Mon are processed by 1pm the Friday before. How long is my quote valid for? All quotes are valid for 14 days so it s best to confirm and pay for your order within this time. After the 14 day period, we may need to provide a new quote if circumstances and/or staff availability change. Alterations If you need to ammend your order prior to confirming, please send us the new details so we can re-quote you. If you need to make changes after confirmation, just let us know and we ll adjust your order and settle any outstanding amounts. Cancellations If you need to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible. A cancellation fee of 25% applies to orders cancelled within 7-4 days before the event date and 100% within 3 days before the event date. 9

10 FAQ s How big are the doughnuts? All our doughnuts are hand made so exact size does vary, however you may use the following as a guide: Regular Size Rings: 10cm Ø x 6cm H Regular Size Balls: 8cm Ø x 6cm H Mini Dough Bites: 5cm Ø x 5cm H How long do the doughnuts last? Our doughnuts have a shelf life of 24hrs and should be consumed on the same day they are delivered. Can we stack the doughnuts? Due to the nature of the glaze, we don t recommend stacking the doughnuts as you may end up with a bit of a sticky mess, if this is the effect your after please bear in mind it may cause some damage to the product. How many doughnuts fit in a tray? Tray sizes: Small wooden tray: 42cm x 32cm / Large wooden tray: 76cm x 46cm Small tray without insert: 30 Dough Bites / 12 Regular Size Small tray with insert: 20 Dough Bites / 12 Regular Size Large tray without insert: 84 Dough Bites / 32 Regular Size Large tray with insert: 48 Dough Bites / 28 Regular Size 10

11 FAQ s How do we return the tray(s)? If you have hired trays, these will need to be cleaned and returned to us within 3 days. You may return them to any of our market locations or doughnut bars. Alternatively you can arrange to have them collected from an address within our delivery zones and a time that suits our logistics team. Can you do custom shapes, sizes or flavours? If you have a custom doughnut idea, feel free to get in touch. Please keep in mind we use no artificial colouring/flavours so these would need to be achieved with natural ingredients and unfortunately due to the nature of our equipment and processes we re unable to do large oversized doughnuts. What are your delivery terms? We currently deliver to the following postcodes: NW1, W1, SW1, WC1, WC2, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, E1, E2, E1W, E14 SE1, SE11, SE16. If you require delivery outside of these areas please get in touch to discuss options. Our delivery times vary from 4am - 2pm with most of our special order deliveries taking place between 8.30am and 11am. You will be given a delivery window upon ordering, but if you require a specific time just let us know. Allergen Information All of our doughnuts contain: Gluten, Lactose, Egg Yolk, and traces of Soya. The following doughnuts contain nuts: Peanut Butter Berry (Peanut). All of our doughnuts are suitable for vegetarians. We produce all of our doughnuts in a bakery which we own and operate. This bakery uses peanuts and other nuts in some of our products. We have controls within our bakery that separate nuts and peanuts from other ingredients, and limit the ability for contamination. However, given we hand make an unsealed product, we cannot guarantee that our doughnuts have zero contact with peanuts or nuts. 11
