2 THE RIGHT MATTRESS FOR YOU Your weight & height Look for the square that corresponds to your weight and height. Follow the arrows to find the firmness and mattresses you can start to try out. If you share a mattress with a partner, use the weight of whichever one of you is lighter. Too warm or too cold? If you get too warm while sleeping, spring and latex mattresses are a good choice because they have good air circulation and mattresses made with natural materials (N) absorb and draw away moisture. Choose a foam mattresses if you get chilly at night. Because they don t let air circulate as much, especially when they re made with natural materials, you ll stay warm and cosy all night long.
