2 Intevacon Fleet Card Program We are a software company specializing in fleet card processing. The Intevacon system is intelligently designed to allow petroleum marketers to manage accounts and grow business on their terms. This means that marketers maintain a relationship with their cardholders and can offer benefits such as cardholder online access, special pricing, and card controls. The Intevacon system allows marketers to implement a self-funded Proprietary Fleet Card program that encourages repeat business, increases margins by reducing transaction costs, simplifies processes, and keeps marketers in control of their business decisions and relationships. What we offer: A system completely web-based that allows real-time card controls and transaction capture. The ability to process both consumer and commercial cards across all brands and major POS equipment. A pricing model based on transaction dollar volume, allowing marketers to protect their margins. An all-inclusive system for fleet cards. The system is intuitive and flexible according to marketer needs. Card authorization and transaction capture Re-pricing for tax exemptions or price per gallon discounts Credit limits Invoicing and statement generation Payment posting Marketers can utilize the full system package or export data to an external software system at any point. 3 We are in business for the Marketer. With our system, the Marketer is in control of accounts and decides the business rules. Leverage this powerful tool to customize fleet user accounts with customer access and account credit limits. Increase sales by attracting repeat customers. Build customer loyalty by offering a system that helps cardholders manage their fleet. Authorize and view transactions based on real time data. Manage credit risks by setting credit limits and adjusting in real time if needed. Manage finance charges to maximize collections and compensate for credit risk. Create different billing cycles to capture revenue throughout the month. Reward customers with special pricing as an incentive for loyalty. Offer the Prepaid Card to capture a comprehensive customer base and increase loyalty and cash flow.
4 Intevacon Proprietary Fleet Card Over- How it works: We interface with all major POS and cardlock equipment. To get started, all you need is an internet connection. Intevacon communicates with the site through a gateway device that we provide, which connects to the POS/Cardlock 2 nd Network interface. It s simple, fast, and reliable.
5 Intevacon Prepaid Card Overview How it works: The Prepaid card functions at the pump and register just like the fleet card, but it can be reloaded by the customer as many times as desired. Card users can check their balances online.

Mission: Conduct business with Integrity, always deliver Value with our products, and build a relationship Intevacon s Closed Loop Card Processing General Universal Bank Card Open Loop Card Processing Card processing is achieved through two methods at the POS or Cardlock: The credit card banking network uses the primary network. This is where interchange fees, merchant discounts, and other transaction fees occur. It also involves multiple partners to complete one transaction. Intevacon uses the secondary network for card processing. We only involve the cardholder and the marketer, which eliminates all of the middlemen and associated fees. This also ensures that the marketer maintains a relationship with the cardholder instead of surrendering this relationship to a banking institution. We provide consistent purchase controls across all cardlock and retail sites without the costs or involuntary partners.
7 A summary in statistics: 61% of small business owners report that half of their annual revenue comes from repeat customers. 1 Repeat customers spend 67% more than a new customer. 1 Credit card fees are the second-largest expense at the store level. Only labor costs are more. 2 Credit card fees cost a typical convenience store 2% of the transaction, which is made up of several components, some of which can be costlier for convenience stores than other channels. 2 The largest component of credit card fees known as interchange or swipe fees accounts for almost all of the credit card fees charged to convenience stores.
