2 The Venue Address: c/ José Gutiérrez Abascal, Madrid The Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales, belongs to the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, which is a public institution. Its origin dates back to 1845, and it is dedicated to higher education.
