Definitions Order: any contract binding the Purchaser to the Fondation enabling the purchase of one or more Product(s). Product: in these general terms of sale, the term Product refers to a sale proposed for an overall price, of one or more admissions to the Fondation and/or a specific visit with reservation, to a specially determined event, or any other product sold on the site. The tickets sold give access to both the museum of the Fondation and to the Jardin d Acclimation. The Fondation will not sell tickets giving access only to the museum. gts: refers to these general terms for the on-site or online sale of tickets. The gts govern all the stages necessary for the placing of orders and ensure the tracking of this order between the contracting parties. Any method of payment not specified in these general terms of sale shall be refused by the Fondation. 2.2 Payment of general admission and specific event tickets Purchases from the Fondation Louis Vuitton ticket office of one or more tickets require a one-off payment by bank card (Visa / Mastercard, Carte Bleue, Amerian Express, jbc, Diners, cup), by bank cheque (payable to Fondation Louis Vuitton (with presentation of id), or in cash. Purchases from general admission ticket machines are only made by bank card (Visa / Mastercard, Carte Bleue, American Express, jcb, Diners, cup). For purchases of tickets on the internet, only payment by bank card (Eurocard / Mastercard, Visa, jcb, Carte Bleue, American Express). For orders made by correspondence, the purchase is made by bank cheque (payable to Fondation Louis Vuitton with presentation of an id) or by bank transfer. The online sale platform used by the Fondation, operated by Digitick, uses the secured payment service, PayBox ( which is certified by the pci / dss.

3 Confidential data (16-digit bank card number, expiry date) is sent encrypted (encoded) by Digitick directly to PayBox server and is not stored into the Fondation s server but is directly managed by the secure payment service. The Fondation guarantees that the encryption methods and services used to secure transactions have been authorised or declared by the encryption manager, in accordance with current legislation. The price of the Order is debited when the payment is approved. Section 2 Sale of Group Visits on the price of pre-paid orders. Sales are processed within the limit of the quotas allocated to an offer according to the number of places available. Section 4 General Terms of Sale Applicable to All Products Article 4.1: Modification and cancellation The Fondation reserves the right to modify its cultural programme whenever all the conditions are not met in order to offer it as planned. In case of cancellation of an event by the Fondation, except in case of force majeure which expressly includes the case of requisitioning of the Fondation by any public authority on any grounds whatsoever, the face value of the ticket paid by the purchaser to the Fondation shall be refunded upon request from the interested party, submitted within a time limit of three months from the scheduled date of the event and upon presentation of the non-invalidated ticket and bank details (full bank details or bank or American Express card number with its expiry date), to the exclusion of any other compensation or indemnification whatsoever. If a specific event has to be suspended after more than half of its running time, the ticket shall not be refunded. In case of suspension or postponement of an event or otherwise in case of cancellation or modification of one exhibition out of the whole scheduled programme, no refunds or compensation may be claimed. Insofar as possible, the Fondation agrees to report these cancellations or modifications to Purchasers either by reporting it on site, or by sending informative messages by to the address given at the time of purchase. The Fondation agrees to reply in writing within a time limit of thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of the refund request. In any case, only the price of the ticket shall be refunded and no costs of any kind whatsoever shall be refunded or compensated. Article 4.2: Receipts of tickets or membership cards Receipt of Tickets In order to receive tickets at a preferential rate, you must submit relevant evidence. Tickets are provided in the chosen form: printable by the Purchaser from their personal space as of approval of payment of their order, from the internet; Print-at-home tickets are available at all times until the date of the event on the Fondation s website. Print-at-home tickets allow the Purchaser to print the tickets purchased on a standard printer from the internet. Each ticket is supplied in the form of a file in pdf format. To be valid, the ticket must be printed in portrait mode (vertical), without modifying the print size on a white sheet of A4 paper, blank on both sides. There is one ticket for each place purchased. The Foundation s print-at-home tickets have a unique bar code. The validity of the tickets is checked and recorded upon admission using barcode readers. It is impossible to be admitted several times with the same ticket. Reproduction of tickets is prohibited and shall not procure the Purchaser any advantage. Only the first person to present the ticket shall be admitted to attend the event. They are presumed to be the legitimate bearer of the ticket. This is why it is prohibited to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit the ticket in any way whatsoever, or to make it available for such purposes. The Fondation may refuse admission to the event when several print-outs, reproductions, copies or imitations of a print-athome ticket are in use and that one admission to the event has already been granted previously to the bearer of a print-out, reproduction, copy or imitation of the corresponding print-athome ticket. The Fondation is notably neither required to check the identity of the person presenting the print-at-home ticket in order to check that they really are the Purchaser of the tickets, nor to check the authenticity of the print-at-home ticket insofar as an imitation or copy cannot be identified beyond doubt as such when checked upon admission to the event. Article 4.3: Ticket or membership card terms of use Tickets or membership cards may neither be returned nor refunded (notably in case of loss or theft), nor exchanged, nor resold. Any bearer of a ticket or membership card purchased as part of the Fondation s offers agrees, at the risk of poten tial legal action, not to use it for any promotional or commercial purposes whatsoever. In particular, except with specific permission from the Fondation, any sale, resale or exchange of tickets or membership cards is strictly prohibited at risk of the penalties specified in the French Criminal Code. Accordingly, the Fondation reserves the right to refuse admission to its events to any bearer of a ticket or membership card purchased from an organisation other than the Fondation or from any third party duly authorised by it. Admission to the Fondation may be refused failing presentation of relevant evidence for tickets or membership cards at preferential rates. Article 4.4: Complaints Any complaints must be submitted in writing and sent to the Fondation by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, to the following address: Direction des publics / Fondation Louis Vuitton, 8 avenue du Mahtma Gandhi, Paris For any time limits, the postmark shall be considered as legally binding. Purchasers who benefit from special terms of admission to cultural events by the Fondation, in accordance with agreements between the Fondation and a partner ( theatre, museum, transport company, etc.) cannot under any circumstances hold the Fondation liable for failures by the aforementioned partner to meet their obligations. Article 4.7: Liability Neither the Fondation, nor the Purchaser may be held liable for any non-performance caused by a force majeure event, beyond their control, notably including, without this being exhaustive: wars, riots, uprisings, transport, import or export problems, strikes, lock-outs, shortages, fires, earthquakes, storms and /or floods. Likewise, the Fondation cannot be held liable for the use of the products ordered and delivered: the Purchaser is solely liable for their use by themselves or by a third party. Article 4.8: Governing law settlement of disputes These general terms of sale are governed by French law. In accordance with the provision of Article L of the Consumer Code, in case of a dispute between the Fondation and the Purchaser in relation with performance or interpretation of under this contract, the Purchaser is free to appoint a third party mediator or conciliator to come to an amiable settlement. Any disputes failing to come to such settlement will be brought before the competent courts in Paris. Article 4.9: Modification of the general terms of sale The Fondation Louis Vuitton reserves the right to adapt or modify these general terms of sale at any time. In case of modification, the general terms of sale applicable on the date of the Order shall be applied to each Order. Article 4.5: Personal data on the Fondation Louis Vuitton website The information requested from the Purchaser is required to process their Order and may be disclosed to the Foundation s contractual partners involved in processing Orders.
