You are the senior manager, HR, of your company. You are away from Mumbai for important conference in Delhi. Just the day before you plan to return, you receive an important assignment at Dehradun. Now draft a message to be sent to the chairman of your company. 2. Critically analyze the given websites: a. b. Give Comments on homepage, headings, use of colour, reader friendliness. What changes if any, would you recommend? Module 4: Business Letters and reports 1. Write a persuasive letter to your customer to buy your product. 2. Write a rejection/ refusal letter for the same as a customer. 3. Assume the role of HR manager in your company. You feel the need for introducing a refresher program for the secretaries of all managers. You need funds for running this programme. Prepare the proposal for the same. Module 5: Case method of Learning 1. A case will be given to the students and will be asked to solve the case. Module 6 : Presentation and Negotiation Skills 1. Assume that you must prepare the speech on the importance of making good grads for an audience of college students. Develop some attention gaining ideas for the introduction of this speech.
