1 NAPTAC NATIVE AMERICAN PARENT TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CENTER NAPTAC NAPTAC The Native American Parent Technical Assistance Center provides Technical Assistance to OSEP (Office of Special Education Programs) funded parent centers across the United States that serve Native American families of children and youth with disabilities. NAPTAC provides three levels of Technical Assistance: Universal, Targeted, and Intensive. State Profile: Arizona Arizona is home to 22 federally recognized tribes. In the United States, Arizona is ranked third with the largest Native American population per state. Native American Population: 360,382 (est.)
