An official rebate request to IBM that shows the value of the total rebate and the subject of the claim, Double Memory Offer. 2. In addition, Customers must give information on the IBM products purchased: machine type, model, serial number, Business Partner, together with details of the configuration, which will be used as proof of entitlement. This information must be supplied correctly in order for the claim to be valid. 3. Supply copies of the hardware invoices for the eligible IBM products, showing the machine type, model, configuration, quantity and serial number. The purchase date must be on or after 23 July but no later than 30 September Any queries should be directed to: info@express-claims.com All claims received will be acknowledged by . Terms and Conditions 1. This offer is only valid through IBM Business Partners, subject to availability between 23 July but no later than 30 September The customer must purchase the additional memory from an IBM Reseller and then claim the list price of it back directly from IBM. 2. 12 Channel Offer: Blade Solutions Discount For your Sales Information Sheet click here To go back to BladeCenter Overview page click here The Offer IBM will grant 5% additional discount on Blade bids priced at Bid Machine level if a business partner sells Blades together with any of the following ISV applications: SAP Oracle Citrix SQL. Eligible Products Any Blade or BladeCenter product with a revenue value that falls within the normal Bid Machine clip levels. If the opportunity is not eligible for Bid Machine, it will not be eligible for this additional offer. How to use the offer 1. distributors (on behalf of the Tier 2 Resellers) should fill out a normal Bid Machine request form, stating precise part numbers and quantities of blade config for which they are requesting the discount clearly request Solutions Discount. 2. Distributor to send request to Deal Hub. 3. deal Hub will then raise a line item special bid for the part numbers and quantities requested at appropriate Bid Machine discount, plus the additional 5% off channel. 4. Bid notification sent to Distributor. 5. If bid is won, Distributor must request that the bid is marked as won through Deal Hub. Terms and Conditions 1. IBM will grant an additional 5% discount off channel price over and above existing Bid Machine discounts; for example, if Bid machine states 20% off channel, this promotion will grant 25% off channel. 2. The partner must be able to prove that the blade will be running these applications upon potential further audit. Proof is considered to be a copy of a Purchase Order from a customer which includes these products, or an invoice to them from a supplier. 3. The partner does not need to sell the ISV software himself, but does need to be able to prove that the customer will be running this software on the blades. 4. This offer is only valid via Special Bid, subject to availability between 1 January 2007 and 30 September This promotion cannot be combined with other applicable IBM discounts on the eligible products. 6. Eligible Products This offer is valid for all non Express BladeCenter chassis: (BladeCenter, BladeCenter H, BladeCenter T) and any type of Blade server (HS, LS, JS). How to use the offer 1. do the config needed, keeping ESP & channel pricing intact. 2. Submit the config to deal hub via your regular IBM rep as a special bid request, providing all BAU special bid info (customer name, quarter, business case etc) clearly request 50% Blade Demo/Dev discount. 3. deal Hub will calculate discounts. 4. Pricing will auto approve bid & issue normal bid notification. Terms and Conditions: 1. 50% discount on channel prices is on all Blade units and options, except ServicePac (subject to normal bid delegation). 2. This promotion cannot be combined with other applicable IBM discounts on the eligible products. 3. The partner or ISV must be able to prove that the blade is being used for demo/dev purposes upon potential further audit. 4.
