10 ADVANCED FILLING The VISITRON filler family ensures safe and high hygienic bottle handling. We are able to offer filing systems which cover a broad spectrum of the beverage industrial needs; carbonated and non carbonated beverages or mineral water, beer, juices, dairy products or editable oils can be filled into Glass, Pet bottles o Beverage cans. Filling in Glass- and Pet bottles, hot or cold, can be with one and the same filler. The filling level can be electro-pneumatically controlled with great precision according to the volumetric concept. Our Filling valves allow for utmost flexibility in the selection of the filling process, filling method and the retrofitting to different types of bottles or sizes. 10

11 VISITRON VKR-EI-DN The Filling valves are mounted externally to the filling ring, are electro pneumatically controlled and made by using the latest technology for Volumetrically filling. They are designed for filling beer, Sparkling or still wines, carbonated juices, high viscosity products, Water, juices, teas and wines. Characteristics : - Tube ring or an external bowl with CIP-requisite for internal and external cleaning. - Automatic CIP cups. - EMV block fitted direct on filling module assure exact control of filling.. - No pneumatic tubes contribute higher hygiene standards. - Separate gas return channel securing beverages to be filled using always fresh protective gas. - Inductive flow meters on each product feed pipes. - Free filling process type selection - Counter pressure principle selection. (Sparkling or still wines, carbonated juices) - Reduced counter pressure principle with simultaneously air evacuation allow filling of high viscosity products. - Still filling principle selection. 12 VISITRON VKR-ES-DNH Electro - pneumatically controlled modular constructed valve with double vent tube for filling carbonated beverages, beer and all non-carbonated beverages, Juices with or without pulps, diary drinks in Glass bottles or jars. This filler allows fast and individually programmable filling steps for different type of filling. Filling process phases are saved in a CPU allowing quick change over between different filling media and can heights. 13 VISITRON VK-EID-DN With the VK-EID-DN the filling of cans with both carbonated and non-carbonated beverages is possible, best suited for beer, carbonated or non-carbonated alcoholfree beverages or wine. Optional hot filling of sensitive non-carbonated beverages or fruit drinks is also possible. - new design with tubular media container for better internal and external cleaning - separate pressurisation-return channel, to secure thebeverage is always under fresh protective gas - Electromagnetic valves placed directly onto the filling valve to help reduce the length of pneumatic paths and to contribute to a more precise closing of the membrane controlled filling pin, the absence of pneumatic tubes contributes to a better hygiene standard - tightening of the can to the filling valve carried out without double sealings, combined for CIP and filling - filler concept without lifting pistons - integrated CIP caps - specially designed to separate the paths of pressuri sation, snifting and vacuum 13

14 VISITRON VKS-EI-V All our counter fillers have been designed for fully automatic filling and are made out of ISO or ISO (AISI 316) both in combination with High-Density Rigid Cellular Plastics and other prime industrial materials standards. VISITRON VKS-EI-V Flexible Filling of High viscosity Products.. Electro pneumatically controlled valve with volumetrically leveling for filling of dressings, vinegars with or without herbs in Glass or HDPE or PET bottles. In order to meet a wide range of requirements for the liquid food industries, fillers of VIPOLL are designed to fill using over pressure principle and are available as well in ultra-clean design. 14

15 VISIPRAKTIK VK-ES-DN The Visipraktik filling machines are a good example of Vipoll knowledge to guarantee maximum quality and reliability in Rinsing, Filling and capping. Concentrated advanced technology in limited space and special filling valves allow you to operate a quick production cycle without foam, preserving the integrity of the product. This product line is able to fill Glass and PET bottles especially for smaller breweries. 15

16 VISITRON VK-E-PET The machine system is designed for filling a wide range of various carbonated and non-carbonated beverages in PET bottles. The machine is constructed as a block: - Rinser: with 2 or 3 canals - Filler: counterpressure with short-tubes - Closing unit: different types of plastic caps The filling valves are electro-pneumatically controlled. The medium level in the PET-bottle is regulated through the vent tube. The principal advantages of the system are: - optimal flexible setting of the filling parameters (flushing, resting phase, snifting and venting of the tube, etc.) - on the electro-pneumatic filling system, all set filling parameters always remain equal even when filling capacity conditions are at the minimum or maximum. In contrast, the filling parameters on the classical mechanical filling system are different. - fast changing from one type of packaging to another with very short change-over times - precise fill level definition with quick-change insertable vent tube - simple and economical maintenance VISITRON VK-E-PET B The machine system is primarily designed for filling beer in PET bottles, but also for other carbonated and noncarbonated beverages. The machine is constructed as a block: - Rinser: with 2 canals - Filler: counterpressure - Closing unit: different types of caps The filling valves are electro-pneumatically controlled with a special prolonged vent tube. The principal advantages of the system are: - possibility of 3x PET bottle evacuation - flushing with CO2 or with other inert gas - simple, flexible setting of filling parameters - simple and economical maintenance The machine can come with the following options: - blowing sterile air into the filling machine - laminar flow class cap sterilization - flushing package 16

17 VISITRON VK-E / VK-ET Filling systems from the VISITRON VK series E or ET are designed for filling a wide range of various beverages - such as beer, carbonated and non-carbonated juices, mineral water, sparkling beverages, etc. - with or without carbonation. We also provide the system variant for PET packaging (VK-E), glass (VK-ET) or combination glass / PET packaging. The short-tube filler from the VISITRON VK-E /ET contains internally positioned filling valves, which are electropneumatically controlled. It is possible to have a single, double, triple or non-evacuation. The principal advantages of the system are: - optimally flexible setting of filling parameters (evacuation, flushing, pressurizing, resting phase, snifting and venting of the tube.) - on the electro-pneumatic filling system, all set filling parameters always remain equal even when filling capacity conditions are at the minimum or maximum. In contrast, the filling parameters on the classical mechanical filling system are different. - fast changing from one type of packaging to another with very short change-over times - precise fill level defi nition with quick-change insertable vent tube - in case of the VK-ET system variant - a level correction phase - possibility of hot filling - machine is designed and manufactured in such a way (smooth surfaces) as to enable the easiest cleaning process and thus fully conforms to all hygienic standards - simple and economical maintenance The machine construction types: - Single machine - Filler + closing unit (for all cap types) - Rinser + filler + closing unit 17

18 Bottle/Cans Conveyors Advanced means of transporting filled glass or plastic bottles. It is controlled by a system of frequency regulators and boasts a central chain lubrication unit as well as a sensor- controlled monitoring system for bottles. This is the perfect link between the filler and other machines in the line. We shouldn t forget the importance of quality conveyor belts when aiming for maximum filling line capacity! 18

19 C. I. P. System Automatic C.I.P. cleaning system with three cleaning media (caustic, acid and water) is suitable for all fillers with an inbuilt system for this kind of cleaning. 19
