Introduction Lobby Mexico facilitates the entrance and/or the development of business of companies from different industrial sectors, in the different public administrations and/or Mexican private companies. All their technical strategies are born of a previous work of counseling and consulting, thus becoming them guarantors of optimal results, not initiating any action without an accurate study of the legal, economic and social environment and the impact of the project, with the aim of laying the technical foundations required in an ad hoc strategy. Lobby Mexico bases its activity on the experience and knowledge of initiatives which it serves to, which provides security and trust to anyone who decides to work with it. 1

Lobbying in Mexico (I) Lobbying is the name given to the set of techniques and strategies to relate to the powers of the State, with the aim of making these decisions in line with certain business interests. Lobbying en Mexico (y II) Decisions today in Mexico are not taken by a single actor, which makes even more necessary tasks of counseling and professional brokerage which Lobby Mexico provides. The Mexican political reality today makes that in these decisions involve various actors, both in the federal Government or State Governments, as in the Congress of the Union or the local Congress, because no political party has an absolute majority. 2 Today there are cases in which coexist in a State a Governor of one party and municipal Presidents of any other of the local political forces, without guaranteeing the preponderance of a party in the State. A common agreement requires clear agreements and strategic methods of negotiation.

Basic principles Security Network Center is a Cluster of security driven in 2012 in the city of Mexico to facilitate the entry or the business development of the industries in the sector of security, emergencies and defense in the Mexican market. Its main objective is to assume the representation and lobbying of its members both nationally in Mexico and at the level of its internationalization in Latin America. 6a

This platform generates a collaboration that allows members to approach joint projects of all kinds, from activities of dissemination and promotion of the sector, to R&D&I projects, or building shared capacities. 6b
