4 Which plan? With flexible plans that work, it really is about what fits into your busy lifestyle and personal needs. Our range of plans are built to help you lose and maintain your weight successfully. Here s what you need to know before you decide: Solution 1 Total 2 Total Plus 3 Man Plan BMI Calories per day Packs per day 3 or 4 3 or 4 3 What you ll eat and drink each day 3 Exante food packs and 2-4 litres of fluids such as black tea, black coffee and water 3 Exante food packs, plus up to 100kcal low carb vegetables and 2-4 litres of fluids such as black tea, black coffee and water 3 Exante food packs, plus up to 200kcal low carb foods from a restricted list or 4 Exante food packs. 6 1 Total Solution On Exante Diet s Total Solution you replace all of your daily conventional food with Exante Diet products. Total Solution is a very low calorie diet (VLCD), providing around 600 calories (kcal) a day, and is an effective way to lose weight. VLCD s have a proven track record for great weight-loss results. Total Solution is ideal for overweight people who want to have total abstinence from food, reduce temptation and avoid the hassle of calorie counting. 7 Low Calorie Week During your Low Calorie Week, continue to have your Exante Diet products each day, but also include at least 201 calories of conventional food, or if you wish to abstain from food for longer, then a milk allowance of 201kcal is suitable. 8 2 Total Plus Solution Looking for a very low calorie diet but still want a little conventional food? Then our Total Plus Solution could be perfect for you. Total Plus Solution is a very low calorie diet (VLCD), providing around 700 calories (kcal) a day, and is an effective way to lose weight. VLCD s have a proven track record for great weight-loss results. The Total Solution plan can be done in 2 different ways. You can either have 3 x 200 calorie products each day or 4 x 150 calorie products each day.
