3 ANSC-7030 MOST COMMON MISSION CODES TYPE OF RESOURCE: Determines The Mission Codes Available To Report. Always Use The Most Current Version, Mission Codes Change As Does AUXDATA Entry Options.

4 MARINE PATROLS 01A: Maritime Observation (MOM) Multi-Mission Patrol. Can Conduct All Missions Except SAR & Regatta. 01B: Trailering - Crew In Remarks If Different Than Patrol. 02: Regatta - When Requested By CG Unit With Marine Permit.

5 MARINE PATROLS 03: NAV Systems, ATON/Chart Updating - When Requested By CG Unit (ATONS) Or DSO-NS / SO-NS (PATONS). 22A: Training (Qualifications) 4-Hour Trainee Orientation & QE Aboard For Checkride. Normal Training = 01A.

6 MARINE PATROLS 54A: Logistics Mission Transporting Personnel Or Material Via Auxiliary Aircraft Or Boat When Requested By CG Unit. OpFac Not Available To Be Diverted For SAR Or Other Mission.

7 MARINE PATROLS 55A: Air/Vessel Intercept Auxiliary Air/Vessel Facilities Working With The Coast Guard To Provide Practice In Identifying & Intercepting Targets. Only When Requested By The Coast Guard.

8 MARINE PATROLS Coxswains Do Not Change Missions During A Patrol Without Direction From The Controlling CG Authority Marine/Air Patrols are now fed by AOM (AUXDATA Order Management) system to AUXDATA. IS officers will check and do Approval.

9 SEARCH & RESCUE 23A: Standby Bravo Status In-Port Break (Lunch) Or High Readiness (On Call At Station Or Sector Request). 24: Time Spent On A SAR Case Either U/W Or SAR Callout. Requires Either A Unit Case or MISLE Number On 7030.

10 NAVIGATION SYSTEMS 30: ATON - Federal Verifications (Request By CG) Discrepancies (Anytime) 31: PATON - Private Verifications (Request By NS) Discrepancies (Anytime) 32: Bridge Administration Discrepancies (Anytime)

11 NAVIGATION SYSTEMS Aids Verifiers Report ATON Activity Conducted During A Patrol On A Separate As The U/W Time Is Already Reported, Nat l Allows 1 Hour For Completing The 7030 & Mission Code Change Required For Each Mission Code (30, 31, & 32).

12 MEMBER TRAINING 06A: Operational Training Qualified Instructor For Any Operational Member Training Activity (Mentoring). 06B: Member Training Other Instructor For Any Other MT. 06C: AUXSCE Instruction Qualified AUXSCE Instructor.

41 ANSC MISSION CODES VESSEL EXAMINATION 91A: Vessel Safety Check (VSC) 91B: Facility Inspection 91H: Paddle Craft To Submit 91A, 91B, & 91H Activity Member Must Be A Qualified Qualified VE. Prep & Travel Reported As 99-B On The 7029.

42 ANSC MISSION CODES VESSEL EXAMINATION 91C: Commercial Fishing Vessel Exams 91D: Uninspected Passenger Vessel Exams 91G: Uninspected Towing Vessel Exams Must Hold A Current/Valid CG Letter Designating Auxiliarist As An AUX-CFVE, AUX-UPV, Or AUX-UTV Examiner.

44 ANSC MISSION CODES RBS VISITATION 11: Marine Dealer Visitor To Submit Mission Code 11 Activity Member Must Be A Qualified RBS Visitor (PV). Total Visit Hours Entered In Total Hours. Report Time From Departure Until Return. Prep & PPW Reported As 99-B On 7029.

45 Note as with IT missions only ONE Trainee per mission!!! ALL ANSC-7038 & 7046 FORMS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO FSO- IS IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE END OF EACH MONTH OR MORE OFTEN AFTER PERIODS OF HIGH ACTIVITY.

46 Data Entry Personnel Have The Responsibility To Return Inappropriate Or Incorrect Submissions. This Includes Duplicate Forms, Missing Data, Incorrect Mission Codes, Time Errors, Etc.

47 The IS Mission Is: 1) To Accurately & Timely Enter Member s Contributions Into AUXDATA. 2) To Facilitate Appropriate Reporting & Mission Code Use Providing The Coast Guard With Accurate Member Activity Reports. Please Show Respect For Your IS Officer, Do Your Part By Submitting All Reports Accurately & Timely.
