1 Boyer Park and Marina Rules and Regulations RV and Tent Sites: For Cabin sites, please see additional rules as well. 2 day minimum stay required on season weekends, 3 day minimum stay on holiday weekends. Reservation Deposits: RV Sites: A $25.00 nonrefundable reservation deposit is required to confirm reservations per site; except on holidays the deposit is the first night stay. Tent Sites: $10.00 nonrefundable reservation fee is required to confirm reservations per site; except on holidays the deposit is the first night stay. The reservation deposit is nonrefundable and will not carry over or be refunded. Cabins: First night for nonrefundable deposit is required to confirm reservation. Our rates are based on four person occupancy (excluding tax). 2 Night minimum for Weekend stays - Friday & Saturday, Saturday & Sunday, or Sunday & Monday. 3 Night minimum for Holiday Weekend - Holiday rates apply for all 3 nights. Reservation Cancellations for RV sites and Tent Sites: A cancellation fee will apply to reservations that cancel midway through their reservation equal to the first night stay. Reservations may be cancelled up to 4 days prior to start date. After that, the guest will be charged the full rate for the dates of reservation. Holiday weekends, there must be 2 weeks notice of cancellation to avoid being charged the full reservation amount. Otherwise guests will be charged the full amount for the dates of the reservation. Check In Policy: All guests must check in at the office prior to going to assigned site, unless previous approval not to has been given. Vehicle Plate numbers are required. Adult guests and all visitors must sign in at the office. Site Rules: 8 guests maximum allowed to stay in a site. More than 4 guests, incurs $4.00 per guest charge. In order to keep the lawns green, healthy and allow each site privacy, on RV SITES: only one RV, 1 tent and 1 car allowed or maximum 2 large tents or 3 small tents and 1 car allowed on RV site. TENT SITES: one tent or extra tent $9.00 per night, one car. Maximum 2 tents. NO CAMPING ON GRASS NO EXCEPTIONS. Fires are allowed only if weather conditions permit and no fire ban is in effect. Fires allowed only in fire rings. Do not collect firewood. Use firewood purchased or brought from home cut in lengths that fit inside the fire ring. A $25.00 clean up charge will be applied for unused wood left at site. Restroom facilities are here for the convenience of paid campers. Do not wash dishes in restrooms. Please respect our park, don't litter and clean up after your pets. You are responsible for any damage you cause to the park and facilities. GENERAL RULES Boyer Park & Marina, campground, marina and park are leased from the Port of Whitman County, situated on U.S. Government lands administered by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. In addition to the following local rules, the rules that govern the use of these facilities include all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. This is a "family friendly" facility. Foul, profane or abusive language will not be tolerated and is grounds for immediate eviction. Patrons are fully responsible for the actions of their family members and guests. No ATV s, 3 or 4 wheelers, motorized scooters or go-carts. Motorcycles are to be used only for transportation in and out of the park.

2 Pets must be on a leash at all times. It is the owner s responsibility to clean up after their pets. Pets are not allowed in public buildings (ex: bathrooms, store). You must be in control of your pet(s) at all times. [36 C.F.R ] Absolutely no cutting or carving on any park trees or properties; or any type of vandalism. Fireworks are strictly forbidden on Boyer Park & Marina grounds. Any special provisions will be posted by the management. [36 C.F.R ] The discharge of firearms or use by ANY type of weapon (ex: BB or pellet gun, bow & arrow) on Boyer Park & Marina property or in the marina is prohibited. [36 C.F.R ] Place all trash in trash containers. Containers are provided throughout the park. Please pick up around your campsite/picnic area. NO swimming is allowed around the dock area. THERE IS NO SWIMMING, DIVING, JUMPING, ETC. ALLOWED FROM THE CRUISE SHIP DOCK. An unsupervised swim area is provided in the day use area. Swim at your own risk. Children under the age of 12 years must be supervised at all times in and around the campground, day use and water areas. Management is not responsible for guests' accidents, injuries, or damage and/or loss of personal property. You are responsible for any damage for you and your guests cause to the park and facilities. Camping is only allowed in designated campsites. Camping, including camping in parked boats, RV's or campers, is not allowed in any of the parking lots or day use area. Watering schedule will be posted. No personal exceptions to schedule will be made. Boyer Park & Marina is not responsible for items left in the watering zones. Boat Parking for non-registered guests is allowed only in the main launch area parking lot. Boat Launch Fees. A daily launch pass of $5.00 may be purchased at the iron ranger at the boat launch and is good for 24 hours. Vehicles with trailers will be checked for a pass stub on their dash once per day on weekdays and twice per day on weekends. Violators will be issued a printed courtesy reminder slip on their windshield. No launch fee will be required of seasonal moorage customers. Season passes may be purchased directly from the restaurant office on site. Passes should be hung from the vehicle mirror or displayed on the dash of the vehicle. Cost of an annual pass is $ Campers must register before parking. All camping fees are to be paid in advance. All camping units, extra vehicles and members of camping party must be registered. Receipts which state camping fees, space number and dates will be issued upon registration. These receipts must be displayed where it can be observed (ex: in window of vehicle). "Site Crashers" (non-payers) will be prosecuted under the law "Defrauding an Innkeeper". This includes persons or camping units not accounted for at the time of registration, middle of the night parties, and late night/early departure campers. [RCW ] Quiet hours are form 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Immediate eviction shall result from loud parties, excessive noise, drunkenness, and other intrusions on the peaceful use and enjoyment of the Park by others. Alcoholic beverages are to be consumed only in your campsite and in accordance with the law (ex: 21 years old)

3 Absolutely NO parking or driving on the grass. Vehicles and equipment which do not fit on campsite pads may be parked in the main (launch area) parking lot. Do not block roadways. Violators may be subject to a fine and/or towing at owners expense. Checkout time is 12:00 p.m. If you do not expect to be back from a day trip in time, please pack and park all units in the main (launch area) parking lot before leaving for the day. Check-in is at 2 p.m. Please be courteous. Reserved spaces are held until 6:00 p.m. If notice of late arrival has not been received, the space shall be released and deposit forfeited. Maximum Length of Stay. Because of US Army Corps of Engineer rules, campers are allowed only to stay at Boyer Park for a period of 30 days in a 60-day period. Except in designated long term campground areas. Boat parking for guests that have registered for an RV campsite shall be allowed to park ONE (1) boat per site in the campsite parking lot located between the RV campsites and the marina for the duration of the stay of the registered guest. No part of the boat or trailer may protrude into the travel lane within the lot. Boats and trailers too large to conform to this rule will not be allowed in the lot. No other boat or boat trailers shall be allowed in the lot, except by special permission. Overnight camping in parked boats is prohibited. Boat parking for non-registered guests is allowed only in the main (launch area) parking lot except by express permission. Permission for parking of boats for non-registered guests in the campsite parking lot located between the campsites and the marina may be granted at the concessionaire s discretion, during nonbusy periods (ex. weekdays, non-holidays). Authorization for non-registered guest boat parking in the campsite parking lot will normally be limited to no more than two (2) hours Campfires are to remain in fire pits. PLEASE extinguish fires whenever leaving site. DO NOT COLLECT FIREWOOD. Take unused wood with you or a $25.00 clean up fee will be applied. Boyer Park and Marina Cabin Rules and Regulations Boyer Park and Marina wants all of our Cabins guests to have the most enjoyable and relaxing experience possible. For that reason, please take a minute to become familiar with the cabin s rules and regulations 21 YEARS or OLDER: You must be 21 years or older to rent any of our cabins. Persons of rental age are not permitted to make cabin reservations on behalf of younger guests in (including but not limited to parents booking for under aged children, acquaintances 21 years or older booking for other under aged guests.) CHECK-IN: Check-in at our Main Building/General Store/Office is required. Check-in is 2:00pm or later. If you are going to check in later then 6:00pm, please call ahead of time to let us know about your arrival time, so we can make sure we are here for you. PARKING: Only one Vehicle per cabin. Absolutely no Boat Parking! Boat Moorage can be obtained at the Main Building and Office. Additional Parking is available at public parking spaces throughout the property. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is 11:00am. On the day of your check out we ask that you return the key to the General Store/Office. Please turn off all lights, fans and set thermostat to 65 in winter and 75 in summer. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late check outs. Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced so that we can make sure that each cabin is ready for our incoming guests. Late check outs will result in a $100 per hour fee for each guest overstay without permission. OCCUPANCY: All of our rates are based on 4-person occupancy. Please limit the number of guests to the maximum occupancy of the cabin. If extra guests are found, you will be charged for any additional guests not registered and you may be asked to leave without refund should you exceed the maximum occupancy of the cabin. If more beds are slept in then paid guests you will be charged for additional guests.

4 LINENS AND TOWELS: Bed linens, pillows, blankets, pillow cases and bath towels are available for rent at $15.00 per bed/guest. PAYMENTS: A nonrefundable Deposit of the first night stay is required when reservations are made. Balance is due upon check in prior to your stay in our cabins. RATES: Our rates are based on four person occupancy (excluding tax). 2 Night minimum for Weekend stays - Friday & Saturday, Saturday & Sunday, or Sunday & Monday. 3 Night minimum for Holiday Weekend - Holiday rates apply for all 3 nights. CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED: You must reserve your cabin with a valid credit card. We accept: Visa, MasterCard and Discover. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Cancellations must be made 14 days before scheduled stay or the reservation will be charged in full. Reservation Deposits are nonrefundable. Any changes made to a reservation after processing will incur a $50 processing fee. No cancellations or refunds due to inclement weather. No shows are considered cancellations. We adhere to a strict cancellation policy due to any reason. We are not responsible for mechanical failures of non-essential or luxury items, including, but not limited to Air Conditioning, Heating or any other appliance that fails to operate properly during your stay. No refunds for mechanical failures out of our control. No refunds will be issued for disruptions of any utilities including, but not limited to, power outages, water outages, etc. These failures are beyond our control and no refund or rent reduction will be given. If a guest is disappointed or unsatisfied with a cabin due to differences in taste according to décor, accommodations, location, etc. and declines to stay at the cabin, this will be considered a cancellation and no rent reduction or refund will be issued. No refunds will be made in the event a person is required to vacate the premises because of disruptive conduct or failure to follow our rental guidelines and policies. CHECK OUT PROCEDURES: The Microwave should be left in clean condition and the refrigerator should be left cleaned and free of food. All trash needs to be placed in bags in the outside trash cans and the property should be left neat and in order. All trash must be picked up around the property. Please respect the environment and do not leave your cans or bottles on the ground. If excessive cleaning is required an additional $100 dollars will be charged to the credit card on file. When checking out please turn off all lights, fans and set thermostat to 65 in winter and 75 in summer. PETS: $15.00 per night per pet. Maximum number of pets per cabin is 2. Pets are NOT to be left alone in the cabin. We ask that you please pick up and dispose of your pet s dropping on our properties. Please leash your pet at all times. DAMAGES: We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning, including content in disarray from your stay. If you notice any problems upon checking in, please let us know right away to avoid any damages being charged to your account. SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins, evidence of smoking will result in a charge to the credit card on file for cleanup, as in owner enlisting a professional company to professionally cleanse interior of tobacco product smell. You are welcome to smoke outside or on the decks/porches.. Please do not throw or put cigarettes on the ground. Smoking in the cabin will result in a minimum $250 charge to the card on file. No exceptions! KEYS: Failure to leave keys or return keys incurs a $35.00 charge per key. FURNITURE AND APPLICANCES: Please DO NOT move our furniture or appliances. If you move furniture or appliances you be charged additional fees, you are responsible for all damages that result from moving furniture. Please make us aware of anything not working in the cabins upon your arrival.

5 AMENITIES: Appliances can malfunction. Boyer Park and Marina cannot refund any monies for inconveniences encountered due to malfunctions of amenities where restoration was beyond our control during your stay. We will react as quickly as possible to restore any amenity, but do not guarantee complete restoration during your stay and will not result in any refund. Loss of electricity, water or any "Act of God" is outside our control and will not result in any refund. BUGS: Please be aware that you are coming to stay in a Cabin on the River. While we have our cabins treated on a regular basis, it is likely that you will see bugs during your stay. We are not able to refund your reservation if you see bugs or spiders during your stay. FIREWOOD: We can provide firewood at our cabins for $7.95 plus tax per bundle for you to use in the provided fire pits. Do not burn wood which does not fit the pit. Any carried in wood left on site and not being removed upon check out incurs a $25.00 clean up fee and will be charged to your credit card on file Please do not cut any trees down on the property. Do not leave the cabin if there is a fire burning in the fire pits always extinguish fire or attend the pit until the fire is out. NO CANDLES OR OPEN FLAMES INSIDE CABINS. NO FIREWORKS. Noise & Disturbances: We ask that all guests do not play outdoor music or use obscene language. Management or its agent reserves the right to request that the noise level be reduced to an acceptable level in the discretion of guests. No guests will be permitted to disturb the peaceful quiet of other guests; if you disrupt others, you will be evicted with no refund. Bathrooms and Showers: Hot Shower and Restroom facility is located in the Building at the Center of the Park. The Property has a septic system. DO NOT PLACE ANYTHING IN TOILETS OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER, NO PAPER TOWELS, HANDIWIPES, DIAPERS or FEMENINE SANITARY PRODUCTS. CABIN/LODGE SAFETY: Management and its agents are not responsible for injury or damage to Guest or Guests property. LIABILITIES: Guest agrees to assume all responsibility for any accidents, injury or damage that may result in or about the premises, to persons or property), and that the Management and its agents shall not be held liable, or responsible for such injury, accident, or damage. The Management or agent shall not be responsible for injury or accident occurring on the property and guest (customer) agrees to hold the Management/agents harmless from any and all claims and liability of any nature which may arise by reason of the use of these facilities. Customer/Guest assumes responsibility of all guests during the reservation time. Customer/ Guests shall be held liable for repair of all damages/misuse of the facilities. Management will assume no responsibility for loss or damage to guests personal property, or injury during the rental period. Items left longer than 30 days will be discarded by Boyer Park and Marina. Upon check-out, any vehicles left on property will be towed off property and charged to credit card on file. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE RULES AND POLICIES AS NEEDED. Your verbal authorization at time of reservation, making an online reservation, payment of money and/or taking possession of the property is evidence of your acceptance of our policies and your intent to use the property as a rental. Security of Personal Property: Guests are responsible for the property, its contents, and themselves during occupancy. Boyer Park and Marina assumes no responsibility for any acts of theft or vandalism, or other damages to any personal property. This includes personal items left behind in the accommodation at departure. However we will put forth every effort to recover such items for you at your request. Guest(s) agree that no more than the number of persons listed on the reservation agreement shall occupy the premise overnight. If more than the number of persons occupies the unit stated, the result will be a loss of total rent, security deposit and / or additional charge to your credit card.

6 I, have read and understand all the rules and regulations of Boyer Park and Marina Guest Cabin Rentals. I also accept the Boyer Park and Marina General Park rules. I accept these provisions for my occupancy of a Guest rental cabin. Further, I find my party and indemnify Boyer Park and Marina for any matters or claims arising from my cabin rental. I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and that I will be held responsible for the care of the property being rented under my name. I accept full responsibility for all damages or extra cleaning charge incurred during or those discovered after departure from the property I rented.
