Quarterly Business Meeting, July 27, 6:30PM At our Quarterly Business Meeting, we will vote on the following: 1. Personnel Committee job description change for Associate Pastor (copies in Kiosk in breezeway) 2. Finance Committee proposal for revisions of the Perpetual Fund document (copies in Kiosk in breezeway) 3. Music Committee Organ Proposal That the church be authorized to spend $35,000 currently in the organ fund to enter into a contractual agreement with Grooms & Payne to renovate our organ at a total cost of $199,950 (excepting any electrical work): That an appeal for one-time and long-term gifts be made upon passage of the above proposal, with pledges due by August 31 and funds to be deposited in the restricted Organ Fund Pledges account. That any amount not pledged be added to the budget for ten years (Grooms & Payne will charge 0% interest). Note: The regular business of the church will also be conducted at this meeting. Committee Chairs are required to bring their reports. West Virginia MISSION OPPORTUNITY Possible dates for a mission trip to assist in the clean-up after the West Virginia floods are: August August Sept. 5-8 If you are interested and available, please call the church office Offering Envelopes It s time to order our 2017 Offering Envelopes!
