3 SECTION 1: THE IMPORTANCE OF SEED The following exercises are all based on your manual and the training conducted by the facilitator. You can use the manual to help you with the exercises, read up on it on the Internet, visit your local library, discuss it with a Subject Matter Expert or make use of your own embedded knowledge.
