2 Description Built by Sovereign Yachts on a Westport hull, is a raised pilothouse cockpit motor yacht launched august 1999, with accommodations for eleven persons in five staterooms plus crew. Undoubtedly this represents the most innovative styling and latest technologies available in yachts of this class. Recognized industry leaders contributed proven designers, such as the Jack Sarin designed, and the tough Westport built hull. Meticulous efforts were employed in the design and construction, with no expense spared in obtaining the finest materials and craftsmanship available, to set a new standard for the flagship of North America. has been maintained to faultless condition by a full time crew. * Preliminary Specifications ** Not for sale or charter to U.S. citizens while in U.S. waters. Accommodations represents one of the finest yachts presently for sale on the west coast. She has worldwide cruising capabilities and can accommodate up to eleven people including owner and guests in five comfortable and stunning cabins. Her crew quarters are for four in two private cabins both with heads and showers. Her living and entertaining areas are numerous and well thought out making her a joy to be aboard. Cockpit There is a large transom step with stainless pulpits and you enter the roomy cockpit through a large transom door. The cockpit has a transom step and a Teak deck and it is quite roomy. You may ascend to the California deck on either side of the cockpit up large comfortable steps. There is also a full size door, (Pacific Coast) that takes you down into the crew lounge, crew cabins and walk in engine room. The cockpit includes: Hot & cold shower (2) Electric warping capstans (8) Rocket launchers (2) Hideaway helm stations under the cap rail on either side (cap rail hinges up) Built in bait system California Deck This area is quite room and is covered by the boat deck overhead. There is a large u-shaped settee at the aft end that can seat up to ten people, five more if you include the five custom teak chairs positioned across from the two large corian tables in front of the settee. There are two large standup, built in storage lockers at forward end of this deck along with built in sink. You can enter the main salon through two large stainless sliding doors, go forward to the bow of the boat on either side (with hide away wing doors) great walk around covered Teak decks or access the boat deck and fly bridge up a curved stairwell. 3 Main Salon Salon Dining This area is on the same level as the California deck and is surprisingly open and roomy and it s tastefully decorated in understated luxury. As you enter on the right side there is a large curved velour leather couch built into a light Maple wood curved end table and cabinetry. On the left side is the built in wet bar with seating for five. Forward of this is curved low-level maple cabinetry. The forward part of this open cabin is the formal dining area. There is a recessed ceiling dome of hammered gold leaf above the elliptical eight-seat custom glass dining table. This entire area has large full length windows for panoramic viewing. Forward is the wonderful galley with built in appliances, marble counter spaces and large wrap-around dining table for eight to ten persons. 5 Forward Guest Cabins Guest Cabin (one of two identical Guest Cabin Forward cabins) Going forward from the Galley and down a curved stairwell are two guest cabins. On the port side is a private cabin with upper and lower bunks and built in vanity with sink under. Storage includes eight drawers and three lockers. Stereo and TV. The head for both forward cabins is just across and there is a door to the forward cabin and another door at the hallway. Large stall shower, electric head, marble floors and counter tops. The forward cabin has a center walk around queen bed, four hanging lockers, thirteen drawers and six lockers. Built in TV and stereo system. Owner's Suite (with study) and Two Large Guest Cabins Owner's Full Beam Suite Owner's Head At the forward end of the dining area and to port is a stairwell going down to a large Foyer. This is a large area and it has a beautiful marble floor. Going aft are two identical guest suits with en suite heads with large glass stall showers, marble floors and sand marble counter tops. Both of these cabins have walk around queen beds, new stereos and TV s, reading lamps and exceptional storage. Page 5

6 Going Forward is the Owner s Suite You enter this suite through double doors from the foyer. The suite is full beam and amid ship with a walk around king bed. There is tremendous storage (drawers and lockers) with new flat screen TV and stereo system (6/2010). There is a settee to the right and the entrance to the owner s full beam head is from either side of the owner s suite. This head has his and hers toilets, dual sinks, marble counters and marble floors. The center piece of this head is the Jacuzzi tub and glass enclosed shower. Just off to the right side of the owner s suite is a connecting study and office. Crew Quarters Captain's Cabin Two Staterooms aft of the engine room, the captain s stateroom has a double bed. The crew stateroom has upper and lower bunks. The level of finish is consistent with the rest of the yacht. All rooms, including the office, galley and crew quarters are provided with Sharp combination TV/VCR s Denon mini-stereo with controls and high definition ceiling speakers. Interior Comments The interior furnishings and cabinetry are first-rate quality. Features include: cabinetry and paneling throughout of Eastern select Maple and Karelian Burls. The topcoat is 50% sheen urethane lacquer. Select, beige-tone marble tiling is featured in the foyer and heads. All counter tops are made of granite. All interior cabinetry hardware is Blum or Jado Topline. Headliners throughout are prestige shell Makjilite incorporated using Whisper walls system. Custom hand blocked silk wallpaper throughout. Gold leaf soffit above formal dining area. Donghia furniture throughout. Dining and cocktail table glass tops by Schlanser Design. Head faucets are Kallista Mino, finished in gold. Fly Bridge Up on the flybridge there are twin captain s chairs and full duplicate controls, a spa pool for seven guests, full wet bar, a full-size rotisserie barbeque and serving station. On the aft section of the upper deck is an 18 tender and room for additional water toys. There are a total of six control stations. All ship and shore power is routed through this system to either of the two main busses so that any single source may be utilized simultaneously. Sources and outputs are fully metered. Typical shorepower requirements are (2) 100 amp single phase 250 volt A/C 60 Hz power supplies (although any common frequency or voltage can be carried through this system). This translates to superior strength-to-weight ratio. All molds are large and practical, with plugs laminated in climate-controlled facilities to maximize this ratio and ensure better quality control in the laminating process. No wood is left in the completed structures. The cap rail is varnished Teak and the rub rails are solid 2 PVC with stainless steel strikers. The paint is Awlgrip Matterhorn white, warranted by US Paints. All exterior doors (made by Pacific Coast Marine) are watertight. All windows are superior sealing frameless 3/8 glass (in the pilothouse they are ½ frameless). All port lights are 316 stainless steel with screens (SCM of Italy). The engine beds are fabricated aluminum over hull stringers. The main engines utilize water jacket underwater exhaust with low idle bypass to stern of vessel. The generators utilize water-separated, silenced exhausts to stern. The Engine Room ventilation is supplied via 2 10,000 cfm tube axial fans. Air is induced and exhausted by sound insulated columns to boat deck. Oversized sea chests. All macinery is isolation or hydrostatically mounted to reduce vibration while in operation. Bulkhead penetrations have vibration breaks and sealed glands to prohibit sound transfer. There are (5) welded marine-grade aluminum fuel tanks (with access panels) that supply the day tank. with vent piping overflowing to "splash boxes" that drain back into the tanks. The main engines will provide for a top speed of 22 knots and noise levels are kept to minimum by fiberglass and foam coring.
