3 Social skills and competences Educational abilities: I enjoy passing knowledge and experience to others. My duty includes conducting exams, seminars, teaching lecture classes for obligation and elective subject. Team work: during my professional career I have successfully worked in many teams with various sizes, including research team, small and large business teams for preparing business plan. Negotiation skills: As a participant (in research or business) project I have negotiated with different stakeholder and business operators including in the project activity. Organisational skills and competences I ve been project coordinator for evaluation on Faculty of veterinary medicine Skopje, according EAEVE standards for period of 4 years. GTZ project manager course, finish successfully. Also I have worked in small and large business teams, preparing business plan and supervising of the business plan. I have always kept an open mind to fresh ideas and different opinions. With my colleague from the clinic, we reorganized clinical works to increases efficiency and educational opportunities for the students and for the other veterinarians.
