ENTRIES 1. Entries deadlines efinite Entries: ate: Entry to national competitions must be sent to: office@baborowko.pl Entries to international competitions have to be sent to a national federation of a rider. The atletes alongside with entries have to pay the amount of 80 euro per horse not later than the last day of entries. 7

9 Withdrawal before the date of definite entries OC refund all fees. For those who withdraw after event prepayment will not be return. Those who withdraw less than 3 days before event or will not come to the event at all are obliged to pay all the payments included in the schedule with deadline of seven days after the event. Any changes made in the entries after announcing the starting lists shall be done only upon the consent of the organizer and after the payment of 50 PLN We reserve the right not to accept the horses that have been claimed to take part in Festival after the deadlines of entries. In case of excess number of entries the organizer reserves the right and possibility to limit the number of allowed entries before the 10 th May Priority shall be given to those athletes who are entered to CIC competitions. 10 At the venue there is a possibility to pay by cash in EUR or in PLN equivalent of the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on Only bank transfers will be accepted. The rest of the fees has to be paid on arrival. The foreign athletes have to pay all fees accordance with Polish Equestrian Federation Rules. 3. Insurances Organizers do not accepts any liability for any accident, loss, injury or illness to spectators, dogs, horses, owners, riders, grooms, exhibitors, land, vehicles, their contents and accessories or property whatsoever whether caused by any reason. All owners and competitors are personally responsible for damages to third parties caused by themselves, their employees, their agents or their horses. They are therefore strongly advised to take out a third-party insurance providing full coverage for participation in equestrian events at home and abroad and to keep the policy up to date. 2. Veterinary matters Horses competing must comply with the requirements for Equine Influenza vaccination in accordance with the Veterinary Regulations and as summarised below. a)first vaccination - on the opening day of vaccination Second vaccination - not earlier than on the 21th day and not later than on 92nd day after the first vaccination b) Revaccination (booster) Every 6 months after the last vaccination (21 day grace period is allowable) None of the revaccination cannot be applied later than on seven days prior to arriving at the competition ground Lp Function Name, Surname Tel 1. Regional VET Robert Łęgosz PZJ Veterinary elegate Małgorzata Świderek-Baran VET Maciej Przewoźny THE FEI COE OF CONUCT FOR THE WELFARE OF THE HORSE The Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) expects all those involved in international equestrian sport to adhere to the FEI s Code of Conduct and to acknowledge and accept that at all times the welfare of the horse must be paramount and must never be subordinated to competitive or commercial influences. 1. At all stages during the preparation and training of competition horses, welfare must take precedence over all other demands. This includes good horse management, training methods, farriery and tack, and transportation. 2. Horses and Athletes must be fit, competent and in good health before they are allowed to compete. This encompasses medication use, surgical procedures that threaten welfare or safety, pregnancy in mares and the misuse of aids. 3. Events must not prejudice horse welfare. This involves paying careful attention to the competition areas, ground surfaces, weather conditions, stabling, site safety and fitness of the horse for onward travel after the event. 4. Every effort must be made to ensure that horses receive proper attention after they have competed and that they are treated humanely when their competition careers are over. This covers proper veterinary care, competition injuries, euthanasia and retirement. 5. The FEI urges all involved with the sport to attain the highest levels of education in their areas of expertise.
