7 SPECIAL RULES AND CONDITIONS Entries which get in after the official entry date of April 14 th 2016, will be charged double and can be only accepted, if there are still boxes avalable. The Organiser reservess the right to do slight changes in the schedule of the time table in agreement with the Jury. INSURANCE All owners and athletes are personally responsible for damages to third parties caused by themselves, their employees, their agents or their horses. They are therefore strongly advised to take out third-party insurance providing full coverage for participation in equestrian events at home and abroad, and to keep the policy up to date. LIABILITY The organizer declines any liability for property or pecuniary damage, which may happen to visitors, athletes, grooms and horse owners through slight negligence of the organizer, his delegates or his assistants. The OC is liable in case of intent, gross negligence as well as in case of injury to life, body or health and in further casess he is liable for compelling legal liability acc. to the legal requirements. Furthermore he also declines any liability for theft, or other incidents. DOGS Outside the stable area, Dogs are only allowed on the leash. STABLESS may not be unloaded on their arrival without the authorization of the stable manager. The actual Equine Passport with the necessary vaccinations must be hand over to the stable manager. Stables will be allocated on arrival but please make special requests (e.g. stallions), with the definite entries. Stables must be mucked out daily and dirty bedding and rubbish placed in the special containers.
