1 The AQUA-CEL devices transform your dead tap water into healthy, living water, free of toxic substances and as pure as spring water. Furthermore, the AQUA-CEL devices energize and vitalize the water, reduce the amount of chlorine and supply the water extra oxygen. This positive information can be compared to the information that natural spring water absorbs when flowing over many turbulent little waterfalls, rocks and minerals, which is deciding for its quality. This new formatting of the water can be clearly seen under an electron microscope: the crystalline structures are orientated again in a neutral form. The AQUA-CEL devices distinguish themselves from other devices as they format the water again and supply extra oxygen to the water.
