2 Crowhurst Park Leisure Club is renowned for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere that caters for families and sports people alike. Our facilities are suitable for every range of fitness including personal training. Much more than just a pool One of the best-kept secrets is our 18 metre heated indoor pool. Swim at your own leisure or relax and unwind in the steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi. There is also a children s pool area. Swimming coaching is available for children via an independent swim school at Crowhurst Park. A range of pool activities are available including adult only swim times, aqua fit and splash time for kids.

3 An enjoyable place to keep fit Whether you want to lose weight, tone up or train for an event we have the facilities to help. Our air conditioned gym includes a range of cardiovascular equipment such as treadmills, rowers, cross trainers and exercise bikes, plus a range of resistance machines for a full body workout. There are also gym balls, steps and free weights which you can incorporate into your routine. Outside there is an all weather tennis court and children s adventure playground. As a new member you will receive an initial assessment and can benefit from ongoing support from the team. In addition, we also offer personal training, fitness testing, weight management courses, specific training programmes and much more! Our staff are available to offer advice and help on all areas of fitness and the most appropriate exercises to help you get the most from your training. Gymnasium Fitness Fitness Studio Studio We have a large air conditioned fitness studio with a sprung floor where a range of classes takes place each week including Pilates, karate, yoga, fencing and short mat bowls. The studio is also available for clubs and groups to hire. Flexible Memberships There are a range of memberships to suit everyone: Full Membership Full use of the Leisure Club 7 days a week during all opening hours. Off Peak Membership Full use of the Leisure Club Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. Also between 2nd Jan and 28th Feb full use 7 days a week. 6 Monthly Membership Can be taken out at any time of the year, full use of the Leisure Club 7 days a week. Full payment up front is required. It has a light and airy modern feel with a friendly and relaxing environment. A number of wonderful treatments are available which are tailored specifically for each client. The products we use are organic and free from parabens. The Green Room sell and advise on Forever products which are Aloe Vera based and not tested on animals. We offer relaxation packages and pamper parties including hen parties, children pamper parties and even spray tan parties.
