Create actionable strategies that ensure the smooth and timely startup, integration, and quality execution of the project. 2. Oversee dayto-day operations of outbreak and molecular epidemiology part of the project. 3. Supervise the data entry of information related to the biological materials, into a proprietary computer database. 5. Responsible for overall fiscal project management under the guidance of the PI. 6. Ensure maintenance of all facility equipments and SOPs. Co-ordinate with other centers in the project for smooth financial and project management.

Scientist C (Non-Medical) Immunology Ist class Master s degree in relevant subject from a recognized University Or 2nd Class M.Sc + Ph.D degree in relevant subject from a recognized University. Ph.D. in required subjects (Immunology). Two years Research experience culture and DST of Mycobacterium using liquid and solid medium. Additional Post doctoral research/teaching experience in Immunology from recognized institute(s), Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools/ Data Management. Fluency in written and spoken English. Strong understanding of flow cytomery, hands-on experience in both processing human peripheral blood samples, and, analyzing these samples by color flow cytometry. Not exceeding 35 years. Age relaxation as per GOI rules Consolidated salary Rs.45,954/- p.m The major focus of the research will be to investigate the role of different types T cell responses in the clinical outcomes of individuals with drug resistant tuberculosis. The candidate is expected to do the following: 1. Coordinate with clinical and research staff on participant recruitment and sample acquisition. 2. Data entry on basic information related to biological materials. 3. Process peripheral blood samples from study participants which include participants with active tuberculosis, TB. 4. Perform experiments related to T cell immunology including PBMC isolation, in vitro culture, and cell staining for flow cytometry. Analyze flow cytomery data using FlowJo and other software. Willingness to process peripheral blood samples from individuals with drug-senitive and drug resistant TB (e.g., MDR-TB).

Consolidated salary Rs.14,490/- p.m To carry out routine smear microscopy, culture and DST of the clinical samples collected in the study. Project Technician I Clinic 10 th / Matriculation/High School with one year experience in field work. Consolidated salary Rs.14,490/- p.m Field investigation to assist the field investigator in collecting patient data & additional duties corresponding to the project. Staff Nurse 1 OBC Diploma in Nursing or Midwifery (GNM) or equivalent & registered as Nurse or ANM with any State Nursing Council. B Sc Nursing with one year of Experience in Research Institute Consolidated salary Rs.28,773/- p.m Patient Management, blood drawing and Assist Clinician in Patient Cohort management.
