SECTION 2 HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION Classified as hazardous according to criteria of Safe Work Australia. Not classified as a Dangerous Good according to the ADG Code. DO NOT induce vomiting. Give a glass of water. Seek medical advice. Rinse eyes immediately with plenty of clean water, including under the eyelids. If irritation occurs and persists, obtain medical attention. Remove contaminated clothing. Wash affected skin with soap and water. If irritation occurs and persists, obtain medical attention. If inhaled remove to fresh air and keep at rest. If breathing discomfort persists, obtain medical attention. Advice to Doctors: As there is no antidote, treatment should be symptomatic and supportive. For large ingestions, gastric lavage and administration of activated charcoal and sodium sulfate should be considered. Monitor kidney and respiratory functions.

2 Page 2 of Total 5 SECTION 5 FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES Extinguishing media: Product is not flammable. Foam, CO 2 or dry chemical. Soft stream water fog if no alternatives. Contain all runoff. Keep unopened containers cool with water spray. Hazards from combustion products: On burning, will emit noxious and toxic fumes of oxides of carbon and nitrogen and hydrogen chloride may be released. Precautions for fire-fighters and special protective equipment: Isolate fire area. Evacuate downwind. Wear full protective clothing and self-contained breathing apparatus. Do not breathe or contact smoke, gases or vapours generated. Hazchem code 3Z. Hazard Identification Number (HIN) 90. SECTION 6 ACCIDENTIAL RELEASE MEASURES Emergency procedures: In the case of spillage contain and absorb spilled material with absorbent material such as sand clay or cat litter and dispose of waste as indicated in section 13 or according to the Australian Standard Storage and Handling of Pesticides. Wear prescribed protective clothing and equipment. Keep out animals and unprotected persons. Keep material out of streams and sewers. Vacuum, shovel or pump waste into an approved drum for disposal. Material and methods for containment and cleanup procedures: To decontaminate spill area, tools and equipment, wash with a suitable solution (ie organic solvent, detergent, bleach or caustic) and add the solution to the drums of wastes already collected. Label for contents. Dispose of drummed wastes, including decontamination solution, in accordance with the requirements of Local or State Waste Management Authorities. SECTION 7 HANDLING AND STORAGE Precautions for Safe Handling: Avoid contact with eyes and skin. When opening the container and using the product wear cotton overalls buttoned to the neck and wrist (or equivalent clothing), elbow length PVC gloves and face shield. If product on skin, immediately wash area with soap and water. After use and before eating, drinking or smoking, wash hands, arms and face thoroughly with soap and water. After each day's use wash gloves, face shield and contaminated clothing. Conditions for Safe Storage: Store in closed original packaging, in a cool, well ventilated area away from children, animals, food and feedstuffs. Do not store for prolonged periods in direct sunlight. Do not use or store near heat, open flame or hot surfaces. Do NOT allow product to enter sewers, drains, creeks or any other waterways. SECTION 8 EXPOSURE CONTROLS / PERSONAL PROTECTION National Exposure Standards: No exposure standard for Iprodione has been established by Safe Work Australia. The following Exposure guideline has been established for propylene glycol by Safe Work Australia. Engineering controls: Control process conditions to avoid contact. Use local exhaust ventilation during manufacture. Use in a well-ventilated area only. Personal Protective equipment (PPE): Work Clothing Wear cotton overalls buttoned to the neck and wrist (or equivalent clothing), elbow length PVC gloves and face shield. Personal Hygiene: After use and before eating, drinking or smoking, wash hands, arms and face thoroughly with soap and water. After each day's use wash gloves, goggles and contaminated clothing. Respiratory protection: Respiratory protection is not normally required. If inhalation is likely, an AS/NZS 1715/1716 approved respirator should be worn.

3 Page 3 of Total 5 SECTION 9 PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES Appearance: White, viscous suspension. Odour: Weak characheristic odour. Boiling point: Greater than 100 C. Freezing point: Not available. Specific Gravity: C. ph: 4 to 6. Solubility in Water: Forms a suspension in water. Corrosive hazard: Non corrosive; compatible with stainless steel, polyethylene etc. Flashpoint ( C): Not flammable. Flammability Limits (%): Not established. Poisons Schedule: Product is not a scheduled poison. SECTION 10 STABILITY AND REACTIVITY Chemical Stability: Product is considered stable in ambient conditions for a period of at least 2 years after manufacture. Stable under normal conditions of use, but may be unstable in conditions where the ph is 7 or higher. Conditions to avoid: Avoid extreme heat. Incompatible materials: Avoid strong acids, strong alkalis, and strong oxidising agents. Hazardous decomposition products: Hydrogen chloride and oxides of carbon and nitrogen may be given off when exposed to extreme heat or fire. Hazardous reactions: No particular reactions to avoid. SECTION 11 TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION Potential Health Effects: Product toxicity is low but may be harmful if a large amount is swallowed. Symptoms include nausea, vomiting, diarhoea, abdominal pain, and loss of co-ordination. Small amounts of liquid aspirated into the respiratory system during ingestion or from vomiting may cause bronchopneumonia or pulmonary oedema. Acute Swallowed: Eye: Skin: Inhaled: Low acute oral toxicity. LD 50 (rat) > 2000 mg/kg. May be a slight eye irritant. Low acute dermal toxicity. LD 50 (rat) > 2000 mg/kg. Not irritating to the skin and is not a sensitiser. Unlikely to cause inhalation toxicity. May irritate mucous membranes of the nose and mouth. Chronic: Lifetime feeding studies in rodents have shown an increased incidence of tumours in animals treated at the maximum tolerated dose. Iprodione has been classified as a Category 3 carcinogen by Safe Work Australia. Iprodione was not mutagenic in the Ames assay. SECTION 12 ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION This product is toxic to aquatic organisms, and may cause long-term adverse effects in the aquatic environment. It has a low hazard to birds, earthworms, bees and other beneficial insects. DO NOT contaminate streams, rivers or waterways with Rovral Aquaflo or the used containers. Environmental Toxicology: The active ingredient, iprodione, is toxic to fish and aquatic arthropods. Fish: Rainbow trout (96 hr) LC 50 = 4.1 mg/l; Bluegill sunfish (96 hr) EC 50 = 3.7 mg/l. Daphnia Magna EC 50 = 0.25 mg/l. Algae: Selenastrum capricomutum (48 hr) EC mg/l. Birds: mallard duck LD 50 > mg/kg; Bobwhite quail LD 50 > 2,000 mg/kg. Environmental Properties: Iprodione is rapidly metabolised in soil with formation of carbon dioxide. DT 50 (lab.) days; (field) 919 days. Koc Rate of degradation increases with successive treatments, and hence accumulation does not occur.

4 Page 4 of Total 5 SECTION 13 DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS Spills & Disposal: Isolate and post spill area. Wear prescribed protective clothing and equipment. Large spills should be dyked or covered to prevent dispersal. Keep out animals and unprotected persons. Keep material out of streams and sewers. Vacuum, shovel or pump waste into an approved drum. To decontaminate spill area, tools and equipment, wash with a suitable solution (ie organic solvent, detergent, bleach or caustic) and add the solution to the drums of wastes already collected. Label for contents. Dispose of drummed wastes, including decontamination solution, in accordance with the requirements of Local or State Waste Management Authorities Dangerous to Fish: Do NOT allow spilled product or wash solution to enter sewers, drains, dams, creeks or any other waterways. Disposal of empty containers: Triple or preferably pressure rinse containers before disposal. Add rinsings to tank mix. Do not dispose of undiluted chemicals on-site. If not recycling, break, crush, or puncture and deliver empty packaging for appropriate disposal to an approved waste management facility. If an approved waste management facility is not available, bury the empty packaging 500 mm below the surface in a disposal pit specifically marked and set up for this purpose clear of waterways, desirable vegetation and tree roots, in compliance with relevant Local, State or Territory government regulations. DO NOT burn empty containers or product. Returnable containers: When empty, or contents no longer required, return the container to the point of purchase. SECTION 14 TRANSPORT INFORMATION Road & Rail Transport: This product is exempt from classification as a Dangerous Good in packs less than 3,000 kg or litres under the Australian Code for the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road and Rail. For bulk shipments this product is a class 9, UN Marine and Air Transport: Roval Liquid Fungicide is classified as a Marine Pollutant according to International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code and the International Air transport Association (IATA). If transporting by sea or air the following Dangerous Goods Classification applies:- UN 3082, Class 9 (Miscellaneous Dangerous Goods), Packing Group III, Proper Shipping Name ENVIRONMENTALLY HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE, LIQUID, N.O.S. (Contains Iprodione). Hazchem code 3Z. Hazard Identification Number (HIN) 90. Emergency Guide 47 (Australian Standards). This product is a Schedule 5 Poison (S5) and must be stored, transported and sold in accordance with the relevant Health Department regulations. SECTION 15 REGULATORY INFORMATION Classified as a hazardous substance according to criteria of Safe Work Australia. Xn: Harmful. Note L in the List of Hazardous Substances (Safe Work Australia) applies. The manufacturer of the hydrocarbon solvent has determined that the material contains less than 3% polyaromatics (DMSO extract) and therefore the R45 classification is not applicable. The hydrocarbon solvent is therefore classified as "non hazardous". Under the Standard for Uniform Scheduling of Medicines and Poisons, this product is a schedule 5 poison.
