2 Bezel Overlay Voice Box Instructions Relay connection for a dash startup delay. Connect to the +12v side of relay coil. +12v output to countdown #4. +12v output to countdown #3. +12v output to countdown #2. +12v output to countdown #1. +12v input for AUTO lamp. +12v input for NORMAL lamp. +12v input for PURSUIT lamp. The left speaker from your car should be connected here. Momentary to GROUND for tone generator. +12v supply for vox (only) display. +12v supply for MAIN voice box and tones. Ground supply. Connection from DIMMER module output. This voice box is designed to work with the Bo Box CNC Milled dash display.

3 Fuel Display Installation Instructions The fuel sending unit should be connected here. +12v input for the top green bar. +12v input for the bottom green bar. Connection from DIMMER module output. Ground supply. +12v supply. Your Fuel display comes to you pre-adjusted for the GM sending unit which is rated 90 ohms with a FULL tank. Your application may require slight adjustment. This can be done easily by determining exactly how much fuel is in the tank and adjusting the blue rectangular pot with the gold screw to bring the LEDs to a more correct readout.

4 Speedometer Board Electronics +12v Main. Ground supply. Cyberdyne 8901 sending unit connection This input should be 4000 ppm. Demo mode select. Use momentary to +12v. The demo activate switch connection is activated by applying +12v to the input. Future scanner speed automation. This feature is not used. Connection from DIMMER module output. The cable adjustment is used for calibration. If you feel your speedometer is not correct, use this adjustment to correct the reading. IT IS IMPORTANT NOT TO ADJUST THE POT ON THE BOARD!

5 Tachometer Board Electronics Instructions Your Tachometer display board comes to you preset for 8 cyl. You can set for 6 or 4 cyl if needed by changing the jumper located in the top section of the board. You can use the dash cluster installation sheet (Included) to find the correct wire locations for your functional gauges. Tachometer input, Water Temp, and Oil Pressure. You will need to solder the wires to the points in the cluster. The other bar graph displays are preset to scan at random lengths and patterns for an eye catching display. The lower left display is a voltage gauge. Coolant temp sender. Oil press sender. Input from Dimmer unit. Tach input. GROUND supply. +12v main supply. Demo select (momentary to +12v). Demo activate (Ground input to activate).

6 Display Board Electronics Instructions Your two lower scan displays do not have any functions in regards to the operation of the vehicle. They are how ever both programed to scan in random lengths and patterns for a visual eye catching display. This gives your replica the look and feeling of a functional computer perfoming its various tasks. +12v main supply. Ground supply. Input from Dimmer unit. Scan speed fast (momentary to ground). Scan speed slow (momentary to ground).

7 Display Board Electronics Instructions Your large upper scan display has one functional display that is used to monitor your cars Voltage. The other five displays are programed to scan in random lengths and patterns for a visual eye catching display. This gives your replica the look and feeling of a functional computer performing its various tasks. When viewing your large scan display, the Third bar graph display from the top is your Voltage gauge. This should read VOLTS DC on most overlays. This Large display will sit in between your Tachometer display and your TV monitor frames In your two TV dashboard. Mounting the electronics and overlay* (*Not Included) is up to the purchaser. Input from Dimmer unit. Throttle Position Sensor input. Remove jumper if this input is used. +12v main supply. Ground supply. Remove this jumper if Throttle Position Sensor input is used.

8 Dimmer Module Instructions This is a pulse width modulated output to each module in your electronics package that has a DIMMER input. This is to be connected to the parking lights +12v supply. This activates the dimming feature. GROUND Supply. +12v Main Supply. There are 2 button inputs which are activated thru a momentary connection to ground. One button decrements the brightness value by 1 of 10 steps and the other increments by 1. Each time the level of dimming is changed, the setting is saved into memory for recall the next time the lights are used. This means you can set to a point that comforts you the most and forget it! They will always come back on at that same preset level.

9 Stock Dash Cluster Hook Up Instructions Your NEW electronics, when installed in your dash, will need to be wired into your stock dash cluster. First, You will need to remove the outer plastic cover that sits over your gauges. Once removed, you can remove all of your gauges from the plastic housing. These are simply plugged into sockets and can be pulled out of the cluster. The old gauges and the plastic housing will not be reinstalled. The speedometer doesn t need to be taken out unless you plan to use the turn signal option. See the turn signal page for that procedure. Pictured below is the all of the wiring points where you will need to solder your new gauges... VOLTS FUEL TACH Your Tach input wire will solder to the point show above. Speedo needs to be wired to the new transmission sensor. OIL Your Oil Pressure input wire will solder to the point show above. The Volts section is not used. TEMP Your Water Temp input and Fuel input wire will solder to the two points shown above..

10 Optional Turn Signal Hook Up Instructions Your NEW electronics have an option incorporated into the fuel display which allows you to use the upper two green bar sections as turn signal indicators. If this option is chosen, you will need to remove your speedometer gauge and also remove the plastic cluster from the dash. This can done by removing the six bolts holding it in place. Once removed, you can locate the two bulbs sockets (shown below) from the back. Take out the two bulbs from the sockets as you will not need them. You can then solder the turn signal input wire into the inside of each socket (left and right). Make sure it is on the inside and not the top of the tab. Once soldered in, you can feed the wire through the hole in the cluster and screw the socket back into place. Once both are in place, replace the cluster into the dash and reconnect your speedometer gauge. It is against the law to remove the gauge permanently as this will still function as your odometer. LEFT RIGHT Do NOT solder here *UP Bulb Socket Solder on the inside here *Make sure when socket is put back in the cluster that the end with the wire is facing up.
