2 1 GET LEGAL ADVICE AND DOCUMENTATION 2 Presentation Go and see your solicitor and tell them what you are planning to do. Ask for version 4 of the Sale and Purchase Agreement and how to fill it out. Including any mold on the ceiling which is a sign of a damp house. De-clutter the house and bring in new furniture if yours is looking old and worn. Mow the lawns, waterblast as much as you can, prune trees and remove weeds to let in the light.

People buy houses because they like the house not because of a few sales techniques. Selling the house is as easy as asking a few questions: Are you looking to buy in this area? Do you like the property? What do you like about it? Is this somewhere you could see yourselves living? Why? What sort of time frame are you looking at to find a place? Do you have pre-approved finance? Would you like to make an offer on the house? If you feel a customer is interested in buying do not hesitate to ask if they would like to make an offer.
