2 PRESENTED BY Mr KK Tang is a member of the ICAEW as well as a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS). He served as a Council member of ICPAS from 2002 to He has also served on the governing body of XBRL International, a consortium to develop and promote the XBRL standard for electronic financial reporting. Mr Tang has three decades experience of business and financial analysis in financial institutions and public listed companies. Ms Elaine Chong is a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS). She holds a Masters of Business Administration and also a Certified Microsoft Office Specialist Expert. She has held management positions in the financial, commercial and education sectors.
