Locked out will lock the door and disable the reader so no credential access will be allowed. Reinstate puts the door back to its normal mode based on the schedule. When global door unlock or lockout is in effect, the schedule transition will not override the global command. The Event View tab shows the current door status and last event related to the door or reader. The dropdown on the door can configure a particular door to be unlocked, locked out, or reinstated to normal. When an individual door is unlocked or in lockout, a schedule transition will override the current command and reinstate the door based on the scheduled mode. The open door command will temporarily unlock the door for the normal access grant time. The Schedule View tab allows you to assign a schedule to a door and a door reader. Doors can be scheduled to be unlocked, locked (normal credential access), or first card in, which will keep the door locked until the first credential is presented. After that, the door will stay unlocked for the rest of the schedule period. Readers can be scheduled for credential only access, or credential plus PIN access. 45 April 12, 2012
