1 ARTICULATION AGREEMENT The Community College of Baltime County Associate of Applied Science Degree in and Mgan State University Bachel of Science Degree in Entered into this 2 nd day of October, 2015 This agreement is effective with new Mgan admits beginning in the spring 2016 This agreement will remain in effect until spring 2018

2 F students following this agreement, the requirements listed below apply: 1. Students must maintain a 2.0 cumulative grade point average in der to transfer at the 56-credit level higher. Should students choose to transfer pri to completion of their associate's degree, they will be responsible f meeting MSU eligibility requirements. 2. AP 107-Freshman Orientation f majs (1 credit course) is not required f transfer students who transfer a minimum of twenty-four (24) credits from the sending institution. However, if the student transfers with less than twenty-four (24) credits from the sending institution, the ientation class must be taken at MSU. Meover, the transfer student still must complete a minimum of one hundred and twenty (120) credit hours to earn the Bachel of Science in 3. Mgan State University does not guarantee the transferability of courses taken outside the guidelines within this articulated agreement. 4. In der to be eligible f admission, students must comply with all MSU admissions requirements, including posted deadlines and submission of appropriate documentation. 5. Should this articulation agreement concern a program with additional admissions requirements prerequisite coursewk, students must have met all standards pri to enrollment at MSU. 6. Students who have satisfied the requirements of the articulation agreement will be given every consideration f financial assistance and will be eligible to compete f academic scholarships at MSU. 7. Students shall apply f admission to Mgan State University, indicating as the intended maj. Applications f admission can be obtained by contacting: the Office of Admission and Recruitment at (443) icants.html. All required application materials must be supplied by the deadline. 8. Students will automatically be nominated f scholarships f which they are eligible. F priity scholarship consideration, students must complete their admission application by November 15 th f fall admission. 9. Full-time enrolled students taking part in this Articulation Agreement are eligible f the Transfer Incentive Program (TIP), The Transfer Incentive Program (TIP) is a scholarship initiative which is available f applicants applying to the university as a degree seeking candidate within selected majs. This scholarship provides up to $2000 per semester f up to five (5) semesters f students who have 1

3 earned their Associate Degree and enroll in one of the following fields of study at Mgan. Interested applicants should apply online to be considered f admission and f eligibility f the TIP scholarship. Students shall contact the Transfer Codinat f their maj f advisement appointment once they have been admitted to MSU. The required credit hours must be successfully completed befe Mgan State University can grant the degree. Each student s last thirty (30) credit hours must be completed at MSU. 2
