2 Commission and Support Sales Commission Splits: Sales Volume Agent Million 70% 2.2 Million and up 100% Note: These sales volume figures are approximate. A 3% commission at 70/30 split produces $20,000 company dollars. Shift to 100% occurs when actual company dollar reaches $20,000 during a 12 month period. Bonuses, referrals and other earned income and fees are subject to a 70/30 split until company dollar maximum is reached. The agent chooses whether to use calendar or fiscal year (12 months running from start to anniversary of start date) for accounting purposes. Please be aware that awards for annual production are tracked according to annual figures regardless of which accounting period is chosen. Support Provided Agent by Company: 1) A supportive, interactive work environment with some of the best professionals in the business. Our family of successful individuals is our greatest strength. 2) Desk, phone and voice mail extension/ mailbox. 3) Copier, fax, and computer workstations w/mls, high speed internet access, contract and word-processing software - providing you with access to high quality equipment. 4) Company letterhead, envelopes, brochures, thank you cards, and folders including top quality marketing materials. 5) Yard signs, generic riders, and MLS lock boxes. (You will only be charged for lost boxes) 6) Contracts, forms, and addenda, both hard copy and contract software. 7) Custom advertising materials, including 4-color Chamber of Commerce pieces and maps. 8) Outstanding web presence with agent bio page and Virtual Tours of listings. 9) Postage paid on correspondence mail, support available with bulk mail. 10) Detailed individual accounting report and agent receivable account, billed monthly. 11) Agent Services department to support agents with custom marketing materials, flyers, newsletters, prospecting, and ad design. 3 Agent Expenses Above and beyond the company dollar from commission and transaction fees, associates are responsible for the following expense items: 1) Personal and client advertising 2) ABOR/ACTRIS dues, fees, and fines 3) Postage on prospecting, express mail charges 4) Long distance charges 5) Personal office supplies, business cards, name riders 6) Contribution of $12.50/month towards salary of weekend receptionist 7) Transaction fee is $75.00 per closing up to 100%, then $100 per closing thereafter. 8) Errors and Omissions (E&O) Insurance fee of $50 per transaction 9) One time setup fee for web site of $100 and $20 monthly technology fee. This includes scanning and uploading photos, page setup, training and listing entry. 10) Stanberry.com account setup: $3/month for address (either a new Stanberry mailbox or a redirect to your home ) 11) Optional Virtual Tour shoot on listings; pricing packages range from $ $ and include still and panoramic 360º photography and an interactive floor plan.
