1 The Arkansas Department of Education, Special Education Unit has provided a generous grant to allow the Technology and Curriculum Access Center to provide a loan library of assistive and accessible technology for the use of schools to try as part of the assistive technology consideration process. The school assumes responsibility of the AT devices while on loan for the six week loan period. These tools are not for long term use. The loan of the device does not comprise specific recommendations by the Technology & Curriculum Access Center or the Arkansas Department of Education for specific brands or models of equipment. Some equipment in the inventory may not be available commercially or newer models may have replaced them. These devices can still be useful for trial purposes and as such are listed in the inventory. This inventory list does not include the quantity of each item included in the loan program. LEA s should contact the Technology & Curriculum Access Center (TCC) for further information or to arrange a loan contract.
