The homeowners were fine, and they had no idea how 911 got dialed Radio CALL/UNKNOWN REASON INVESTIGATED Narrative: Checked on a 911 call from a residence and found the occupant may have dialed 911 because the power was out at her house. She was fine Initiated - ARREST/MV OFFENSE ARREST(S) MADE Location/Address: RT 202 S - JAFFREY RD Narrative: Following a report that a person may be driving on a suspended license, Jay Parker, 51, of Peterborough was arrested for operating after suspension, driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest. He was processed and released on $2,500 PR bail with a court date of 3/28/16. For Date: 03/18/ Friday Walk-In - PUBLIC RELATIONS SERVICES RENDERED Call Taker: Captain Ernest J Belletete Location/Address: PETERBOROUGH POLICE - 73 GROVE ST Narrative: Capt Belletete spoke with a resident and her 11 year son Alex about police work and things police officers do on a daily basis for a cub scout report Radio - MV ACCIDENT/PROP DAM INVESTIGATED Location/Address: BRADY'S PLAZA - HANCOCK RD Narrative: Carol Buchanan, 61, of Peterborough was backing her 2012 Ford Fusion out of a parking space when she bumped the center portion of the rear bumper of a 2013 Subaru Outback that had been parked by Thomas McGrath, 30, of Natick MA. There was scuffing to the paint on the Subaru and minimal paint damage to the Ford. This does not appear to be a reportable collision, there was no injury and both cars were driven from the scene Phone - ASSIST OTHER AGENCY REFERRED TO OTHER AGENCY Location/Address: PINE ST Narrative: A resident called to say his water was reddish/brownish. Notified the water department.

They found that no assault had taken place, no arrests were made Radio - UNWANTED SUBJECT SERVICES RENDERED Location/Address: VILLAGE LN ID: Patrolman Lionel Emond III Narrative: A resident reported a family member was intoxicated, and he wanted him removed. Upon arrival, the subject was borderline passed out at the kitchen table. The caller advised that there was no domestic, violence or threats of violence with his brother and decided to let the subject stay there. He said he would call back if he started to become violent or agitated. For Date: 03/19/ Saturday Cellular - MOTOR VEHICLE COMPLAINT NO ACTION REQUIRED Location/Address: RT 202 N - HANCOCK RD Call Taker: Sergeant Michael D Chapdelaine Narrative: A motorist reported a vehicle all over the road. Located and followed it but didn't observe any violations Initiated - CIVIL ISSUE CLEAR Location/Address: MIDDLE HANCOCK RD Narrative: A property owner called in regards to gaining access to inspect a rental property and was referred to the Sheriff's Office in regards to landlord/tenant questions. He was told that if the sheriff's office says he can gain entry, then PPD would be able to do a civil standby if he feels it necessary. He did advise that he was granted the eviction and the tenants will be out 4/4/ Initiated - SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE CLEAR X PETERBOROUGH TOWN LINE Narrative: Found a vehicle parked on side of road with no one around it Initiated - JUVENILE COMPLAINT COULD NOT LOCATE Location/Address: AREA OF ADAM'S PLAYGROUND - UNION ST Narrative: County advised of several juveniles playing in the roadway. Checked the area and unable to locate Initiated - NOISE COMPLAINT INVESTIGATED Narrative: A Sharon resident reported on-going shooting in the area. Ofc Pepelis met with the homeowner and advised her of rules in regards to shooting. She also attempted to make contact at the residence where it was coming from to ensure safe backdrop with negative contact. The shooting was being done well into the woods Initiated - PROPERTY FOUND CLEAR Location/Address: X BLUEBERRY LN - SAND HILL RD Narrative: A resident called to report miscellaneous items on the side of the road. Ofc Pepelis located the items and attempted to make contact with the owner Radio - ANNOYING PHONE CALLS CLEAR Narrative: A Sharon resident reported harassing phone calls from a fundraising organization. She said she donated money last year, and over the past four months, they have been calling three to four times a week asking for money. She is skeptical to donate again because it might be a scam due to the amount of times

Ofc Pepelis advised her she would follow up on this Initiated - CHECK THE WELFARE SERVICES RENDERED Location/Address: BIG APPLE FOOD STORE - 16 WILTON RD Narrative: Checked on a subject who was reportedly rolling around on the grass by the pathway. Found a resident who said he was just enjoying the fresh air and he was fine. He declined a ride home Initiated - SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT SERVICES RENDERED Location/Address: MERCER AVE Narrative: A resident reported there were multiple people banging on her door and she didn t know who they were. Upon arrival, another resident claimed that the occupants of the residence attacked and choked her son and his friends. After peace was restored, the caller did not want to press charges however expressed interest in completing Trespass Notices for all involved. The other resident was informed not to come back to the residence or she would be arrested for Criminal Trespass Initiated - JUVENILE OFFENSES SERVICES RENDERED Location/Address: ADAMS PLAYGROUND PARKING LOT - UNION ST Narrative: Dublin PD referred a report of a juvenile incident at Adams Playground to PPD. A juvenile from Marlborough had gone to the playground to meet a person she met on-line and upon arrival had ambushed by two other teenage girls, who pounded on the car windows and doors. She left and called her mom, then went to Dublin PD. Ofc Martin checked the vehicle and found no damage. Opened case for possible criminal threatening and/or disorderly conduct. Refer To Incident: OF For Date: 03/20/ Sunday Initiated - MV ACCIDENT/PROP DAM REPORT TAKEN Location/Address: GRANITE ST Narrative: A 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage that was parked in a driveway at 20 Granite St rolled down the driveway, across Granite St, through a picket fence at 17 Granite Street and hit a 1998 Toyota Camry that was parked. The Mirage, owned by Gary Sutcliffe, 58, of Peterborough had dents and scratches to the driver's side rear bumper. The Toyota, owned by Marianna O Connor, 52, of Peterborough had dents and scratches to the passenger side rear bumper area and was towed away. No injuries. Reportable collision due to property damage and damage being over $1000. Refer To Accident: AC Phone - CIVIL ISSUE SERVICES RENDERED Location/Address: PHEASANT RD Narrative: A former resident called to advise that her ex-boyfriend is not giving her back her belongings after a month of trying to get them. She was told it is a civil issue. Ofc Pepelis contacted the other party and he agreed to bring the caller her belongings within the next week. The caller was told that for any other property issues after this point, she would need to go through civil court Phone - SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT INVESTIGATED Location/Address: ADAMS PLAYGROUND - 71 UNION ST Narrative: A caller who had been at the recreation building heard somebody say that there may have been a problem in the public rest rooms. Ofc Kolb checked both public restrooms and found that nothing appeared to be damaged Radio - MISSING PERSON/LOST SERVICES RENDERED Location/Address: MILLER STATE PARK - WILTON RD Narrative: NH State Police called after receiving a call from a Merrimack resident that her daughter had been hiking on Pack Monadnock and had called to say she would not be home in time for supper. Ofc Kolb checked the Miller State Park lot, the old
5 ski area lot, the Raymond Trail lot and the Cranberry Meadow trail lot. All were empty. Greenfield PD checked the Greenfield trail head, and Jaffrey PD checked Mount Monadnock. Dispatch advised the caller to file a report with Merrimack PD.
