2 Summary Thank you for using SkyDesk CRM for Android. We greatly appreciate your business. We are planning to provide a major update for supporting new features on June 30 th, This document explains important changes in order to make your transition easier. 1. Change of Layout 2. 4 2. Mobile Specific Home Tab for Activities Mobile-specific Home tab is added for providing access to all activities from a single place. Inside Home tab, you can add events, tasks and calls by viewing a weekly calendar Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. All rights reserved. 3

7 5. Discontinuation of CRM for Mobile Browsers Support for Mobile Browser version of SkyDesk CRM will be discontinued. Please migrate to SkyDesk CRM for Android, which is available in Google Play. Discontinuation 2016 Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. All rights reserved. 6

8 6. Other Updates Related information enhancement Related list of custom fields will also be displayed. Add links to other record In detail page, links are now available for custom lookup fields. Map dependencies are applicable. Preference to choose the first working day of the week in calendar Default view setting is now applicable on mobile even after signing-in or resetting Automatic download function is added. Records will be downloaded while browsing. Module-specific settings Grouping and sorting Display fields in List view Metadata updates to support module name changes and newly added fields Smart View Empty fields are no longer displayed in the detail page Only mandatory fields and fields with data are displayed Receive event reminder as push notification 2016 Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. Notes & Restrictions (1/2) "Exclude on Saturday and Sunday" feature for repeated events is not supported When you create a repeated event, it will always exclude Saturday and Sunday regardless of the setting. Unique field will not be checked on mobile In a module which has a unique field, a new record can be saved even if the unique field value is duplicated. However, it will not be added to Web. After resetting app, the duplicated data will be removed from mobile app. Status of created Repeated Tasks always remains "Not Started Creating a new repeated task with status other than "Not Started" is not supported on SkyDesk CRM for Android. Repeated tasks with "Not Started" are supported. Custom view with criteria of owner is not user A is not supported When a custom view s criteria includes "owner of the record is not User A, the custom view will also show records with owner name as User A on SkyDesk CRM for Android Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. Notes & Restrictions(2/2) DateComp function for Formula field is not supported While adding a record which has a formula field using DateComp function, the formula field will not be updated on Web and SkyDesk CRM for Android. Rollback feature for imported data is not supported While rollbacking any imported data on Web, the imported data will not be removed from SkyDesk CRM for Android. In order to remove the rollbacked data, use the Reset App in Settings. Contact of a potential is not automatically associated with a newly created quote/event If you have a potential with a related contact, then while adding a new quote/event to the potential, the contact will not be associated with the new quote / event. Push Notifications in Japanese language Currently, Push Notifications for SkyDesk CRM for Android are not supported in Japanese language Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. All rights reserved. 9
