Has the same look, feel and functionality as LabelsAnywhere.com, but, specifically developed for those instances when a web-based print application is prohibited, an internet connection is not available, or a stand-alone version is just preferred. 3 INTAGLIO Intaglio is Colorflex s patented design and print software. Allows easy in-house design of labels and documents containing any combination of variable colour, text and barcode. Referenced Image feature allows variable images or graphics. Cross-industry, turn key design solution for on-demand printing. Capable of constructing designs containing custom TRUMATCH colours, Grade A ANSI barcode, and creating data fields that allow direct data input or data importation from almost any type of database. Text fields with word wrap capability is also a standard feature of Intaglio. Scalable, high-resolution barcode creation from algorithms not fonts. Precise custom colour control, with multiple colour mapping on a single design. Multiple label designs on a single sheet. 4 Tracking Software Benefits: MasterTrak Plus is a Records Management & Document Imaging Software system which uses barcodes or Radio Frequency ID (RFID) tags to track the movement of records, assets or just about anything else. With MasterTrak Plus installed, there are no more lost records and printing status reports is a breeze. MasterTrak Plus allows you to eliminate the time consuming, labour intensive task of manually tracking your records. Provide your company with the information they need in a timely manner. Records are checked In and Out with more ease and efficiency with MasterTrak Plus. Using RFID or barcode scanners, records are simply scanned in or out. RFID is fully integrated within MasterTrak Plus allowing users to Read and Write Gen 2 RFID labels within their folders. With RFID, multiple records can be checked in or out simultaneously. Physical inventories are simplified because desks and work areas can be swept from a distance. MasterTrak Plus will keep track of which files are in and out, along with where the file is presently located. Records can be requested through MasterTrak Plus, with a request slip automatically printed in the File Room. MasterTrak Plus comes with Easy*Image, a document imaging module allowing users to view the contents of a file without having to pull the actual file.

6 RFID Technology Knowing where your records are at all times is critical to an efficient and productive work environment. Each Record is tagged with a RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) label. DeskMate, the RFID, real-time tracking system, automatically reads your items as they pass within range of the DeskMate reader. The read information is then used to automatically update MasterTrak Plus. With PortaTrak software installed on a PortaReader unit, a mobile RFID reader, audits can be carried out quickly and efficiently. MasterLabel is a true on-demand RFID Colour Label Printing system using the RX900 RFID colour label printer. Works in conjunction with MasterTrak Plus. The system prints, encodes, verifies and dispenses labels one at a time. Make exactly the number of full-colour, RFID enabled labels you need when and where you need them. 7 Data Polling Software Watchdog e Watchdog Enterprise (Watchdog e ) is Colorflex s fully integrated, data polling / print software. Watchdog e takes data, processes it and then automatically prints or reprints individual items or entire print runs, seamlessly using its internal print engine. Offers two methods for managing data: 1. The ASCII method watches for a variety of file formats in multiple specified locations. 2. The Serial method watches for inbound serial data stream. Once new data is received, Watchdog e processes and transforms it based on pre-set rules, before sending it for printing. Watchdog e can utilise multiple data sources, template designs and output printers. Watchdog e can exclude duplicate records, clean extraneous characters or records as required. As well as execute specified rule based data transformation tasks and route data as specified.
