14 Registration for Seminar III -All students in their final semester- Summary Submission Before submitting the Research Project Research Projects Submission Submit 2 hard copies and 1 soft copy of the Research Project All students must submit a notice approved by their supervisor for the type of Research Project they are writing. Forms may be found on the Graduate School webpage. The notice should be submitted together with the Research Project Summary. Submission Period: in the beginning of your final semester Spring Semester: the last working day on or before April 25 Fall Semester: the last working day on or before October 20 Research Projects Examination The Research Projects Committee chooses 2 examiners based on the Summary Submission Location: Academic Office Submission Deadlines for Research Projects Spring Semester Fall Semester Revise and Resubmit Submission: Notification of the Examination Results: The last working day of May The last working day of June The last working day of November The last working day on or before December 20 Re-examination Conducted by the original examiners Appeals Under certain conditions, an appeal may be made.
