1 Disks 1 through 6. Select Disks 1 through 6 as indicated on your screen. The numbered disks contains job choices that match your participant s preferred work conditions. Each disk will present 20 jobs that match the participant s preferred work conditions. For example, if the participant prefers inside, heavy work, and interaction with public, the facilitator should select Disk 4, which matches these characteristics (i.e., copy shop worker, grocery bagger, etc.).
