I m really excited to be able to share the opportunity to explain how Wells Fargo Business Payroll Services can simplify the lives of business owners even if they only have one employee. Even the smallest businesses can benefit and save time by using a payroll service. Absolutely. That s right. Our payroll service is convenient and flexible, and it helps you manage your payroll needs and now you can access this system online. This helps you enter your payroll data anytime; anywhere you have a

3 high-speed Internet connection. Basically our payroll services works like a super employee that organizes all of your payroll information. I like the sound of super employee. Doesn t that sound good? This ensures everyone is paid on time and in full, plus it helps you submit your payroll taxes accurately and on time. And when you choose to submit payroll data online you can rest assured that Wells Fargo will keep your data safe and secure. Okay, so now this all sounds very flexible. Let s see how it works. Take us on your tour. Well, it is very flexible. If you already have a Wells Fargo Business Online Banking account it s easy to view your account information online, Just log in to Business Online Banking. Go to the Account Summary page and click on Payroll Account. Once you re on the account page you can access the online payroll system. Here you can see how convenient it is to manage and input your payroll online. The tabs at the top help you easily navigate the different tools, and below you can see up to five upcoming payroll periods and the dates those

4 checks will be processed. The Reminders box in the last section also tells you about upcoming check dates and other important information. Now this page gives you a great snapshot of where your payroll account stands. Now where do I actually enter in my payroll information? Well, just go to the center section under Actions and click Enter Pay Data. Here you can see how easy it is to manage all of your payroll payments. At the top here in the first section you can enter specific criteria like the pay period and check date. The grid below is completely customizable. You can organize the information in a way that works best for you. In this case all of the employees are paid on a weekly basis. You just enter the amount of time they worked under regular hours and the payment amount automatically populates. So you don t have to do the math yourself and I love that. It s just very convenient, isn t it? Absolutely, and when you re done you can see whether everything is accurate by clicking Preview Payroll in this last section at the top here.

5 And this really gives you that kind of big picture view. You know how many people are getting paid. You know the amount that s going to be deposited and the day it s going to be transferred, so you really can peer into what s happening. And at the bottom here you can also understand the tax liability for you and your employees. Exactly. Managing payroll taxes can be stressful, as you know Rich, so when you input your payroll taxes online we provide you with our payroll tax guarantee. This means your payroll tax deposits and filings will be made accurately and on time or Wells Fargo will pay any resulting fees and penalties assessed by the appropriate tax agency. Yeah, you know I am comfortable obsessing about certain things as a business owner, you know getting new customers, maintaining my customer relationships. It s so nice to have the opportunity to be relieved from this area of worry. Well, you know that s what we re shooting for inner peace just like you said, so it really can provide you peace of mind using this new online system. Here in this last section you can see the Total Funding Required, and this is also helpful

7 Well, you would just click Approve and Submit, button in the lower half of the page in the last section. Now if I have this experience online but I want to retain this for my records what are my options? Well, that s a great question, one we hear quite often from business owners like yourself. To do this just go to the Reports tab at the top, then select one of the download report options. In seconds you can create a PDF or an Excel spreadsheet and you can download or print. I like it and you ve got the hard copies handled now, that s great, and all the convenience associated with the online access. Is there anything else I need to do? Nope, that s it. You re done.
